Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible via a lift, this apartment boasts an inviting open floor plan. The living room features a cosy double sofa bed, a large widescreen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Plus, enjoy a private balcony where you can unwind and soak in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, a dishwasher makes post-meal cleanup a breeze, while a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment are also available for your laundry needs.

Retreat to the serene bedroom, featuring a queen bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is located in a vibrant area of Porto. Nearby, you'll find charming streets lined with traditional buildings, cafes, and restaurants. The area is close to the historic centre, so you can easily explore attractions like the beautiful São Bento Railway Station, the iconic Livraria Lello bookstore, and the bustling Avenida dos Aliados.

The apartment is located in a commercial center. The ground floor of the condominium has a supermarket, stores, cafés and services that can be accessed from the condominium's central square. The iconic Bolhão Market is just across the street and Avenida dos Aliados is a 3-minute walk away.

Porto is a captivating city filled with cultural attractions and activities. A highlight is the Ribeira district, a UNESCO World Heritage site with its narrow streets, colorful buildings, and lively atmosphere along the Douro River. Just a short walk away is the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, offering stunning views of the city and the river. Across the bridge, in Vila Nova de Gaia, visitors can tour the famous Port wine cellars, sampling the region’s renowned wines.

For art lovers, the Serralves Museum offers contemporary art exhibits and beautiful gardens, while history enthusiasts will enjoy the Palácio da Bolsa and its richly decorated rooms.

The nearest subway stations, Aliados and Bolhão, are just a 3 and 5-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
