This lovely apartment with 50m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting.
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.
The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe and comes with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
It is located on the 2nd Floor without an elevator.

Almada Street was the first large way to be built out of the walls of the city. At the top of the street, you can find the Divine Heart of Chapel, in neo-gothic style, that dates back to 1878. "Blacksmiths' Street”, as some people call it, is known for its hardware stores. You'll find everything from chains to faucets, plugs to hand tools, keys to plumbing supplies. But new life is being brought to this street, with new stores, designs, vintage ones, tattoo shops, and coffee shops. It is very close to the City Hall and Praça da República.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 500mt walk.
The Sá de Carneiro airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
