Charming and tastefully decorated, this lovely 65m² two-storey apartment is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation home. It is located on the ground floor; however, guests must climb some stairs to reach the flat.
Once you enter, you'll find the first ensuite bedroom, which includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom.
Downstairs, designed with an open layout, the living area features a comfortable double couch bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware and cutlery, it provides everything necessary for a seamless cooking experience.
The second bedroom includes a cosy double bed, air conditioning and ample storage for organizing.
A shared complete bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The highlight of the property is the shared garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a short distance away is Casa da Música, one of the city's most iconic concert halls, known for its striking modern architecture and diverse musical performances. Nearby, Shopping Cidade do Porto provides a great selection of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it a convenient spot for shopping and leisure.
Mercado Bom Sucesso, a lively and contemporary market, is also close by. It features a vibrant mix of food stalls, fresh produce, and local delicacies, creating an excellent atmosphere for experiencing Porto’s culinary scene.
For those who enjoy green spaces, the stunning Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are within reach. They offer breathtaking views of the Douro River and beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
