This charming 50 m² apartment is designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located on the 1st floor with convenient lift access, it's the perfect base in this beautiful city for your time.

The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration, and a large TV to enjoy your favorite shows.

The open kitchen creates a warm space for socializing and sharing meals. It is fully equipped with cookware, a dishwasher, an oven, a cooking plate, and a washing machine for added convenience.

The modern bedroom is a serene space featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, and plenty of storage to make you feel at home.

The bathroom has fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you'll have everything you need to refresh and unwind.

There is also a small balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and fresh air.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua da Vitória, in Porto's historic centre, is close to iconic landmarks like the Clérigos Tower, stunning city views, and the renowned Livraria Lello. Nearby, you’ll find historic churches, including Igreja de São Pedro de Miragaia, showcasing Porto’s rich architecture.

Just minutes away, the Ribeira district offers a vibrant riverside scene with colourful buildings, local cafés, and traditional Portuguese restaurants. Rua da Vitória is a perfect starting point to explore Porto's charming streets and lively atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
