Welcome to my house!

This charming 72 m² house with one bedroom, split over two floors in Porto, offers a cozy and convenient retreat for families or friends. Please note that the access to the property has steps, and access to the bedroom is by stairs.

Thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout, the living area features a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table ideal for meals or relaxing together.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and crockery for home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the home is fitted with a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs.

The main bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Upstairs, the bedroom features another double sofa bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a TV to watch your favourite shows, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a small balcony with a seating area, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening breeze.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

NOTE: The lower sofa bed is ideally suited for two children rather than adults. A mattress topper is available in the apartment, which can provide extra comfort if needed.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in the prestigious Foz do Douro neighbourhood, this property offers an exceptional location just moments from Porto's scenic waterfront. You'll be within walking distance of the serene Passeio Alegre gardens, the Douro River promenade, and charming seaside cafés, perfect for a morning stroll or sunset walk.

Spend your days soaking up the sun at Praia do Carneiro or Praia dos Ingleses, both known for their golden sands, calm waters, and scenic promenade lined with cafés and restaurants.

Enjoy easy access to a variety of local amenities, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and traditional markets. The area is also home to some of Porto’s most beloved restaurants, such as Pedro Lemos and Casa Aberta, offering everything from fine dining to cosy local fare.

Public transport is easily accessible, with several bus lines connecting you to the city centre and other parts of Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Passeio Alegre, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
