For added comfort, the studio is equipped with air conditioning and a lift.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire flat, including the fully equipped kitchen, the full bathroom, the dining room and the outdoor area. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and much more. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift.
The Neighborhood:
Discover the charm of our apartment, situated in a prime location in the heart of Porto! Just a short walk away – a 5-minute stroll – lies the bustling Trindade or Aliados Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Our street, in Cedofeita, offers the perfect combination: proximity to restaurants, bars and shops, with the peace and quiet you need for a good night’s sleep. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of the historic centre, with easy access to must-see attractions. Explore the beauty of Porto and immerse yourself in the local culture, with everything within easy reach!
Important note: there is work going on next to the apartment annex, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
Getting Around:
Trindade metro station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to various parts of Porto. From here, you can easily reach the airport (OPO) and São Bento railway station. For those travelling by car, on-street parking is available, but spaces may be limited. We recommend checking nearby parking options, such as public car parks.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
