I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. We observed a staff member at the front desk picking their teeth with their finger, which was unprofessional and unhygienic.
Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were far below expectations. The pool appeared dirty, and the hotel itself seemed outdated. The vending machines were empty, and the rugs in our room were unsanitary. Additionally, both the sink and bathtub in our room repeatedly clogged.
I was also surprised to learn about the unmentioned $75 deposit upon arrival, which was not disclosed on your website.
While I appreciate the convenient location with many nearby restaurants and stores, the overall condition and service of the hotel were unacceptable. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a low-budget motel. I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend a complete remodel and the hiring of more professional staff.
