Auf einer privaten Treppe, die 7 weitere Wohnungen umfasst, besteht diese familiengefĂŒhrte, zweistöckige Wohnung aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer, einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (das zu einem einzigen Queen-Size-Bett kombiniert werden kann), ein großes Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Schlafsofa, eine KĂŒche, zwei BĂ€der und zwei private Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer; eine auf der unteren Etage, wo sich die Schlafzimmer befinden, und eine grĂ¶ĂŸere im Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral; ein 5-minĂŒtiger Spaziergang zum Strand, Strandpromenade, GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants. Als Positano auf einem Berg gebaut wird, möchten wir die GĂ€ste warnen, dass es Schritte gibt, um zu gehen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen und um die Stadt zu kommen.

Von der nahe gelegenen Dock (3 Minuten entfernt) können Sie tĂ€glich FĂ€hren zu berĂŒhmten Orten wie Amalfi, Ischia, Capri, Sorrent und Salerno nehmen. Privates Boote sind auch fĂŒr tĂ€gliche AusflĂŒge zu Out-of-the-Way-Orten entlang der AmalfikĂŒste (Grotten, kleine Inseln, einsame StrĂ€nde und mehr). Sie können auch Boote entweder mit oder ohne Skippers mieten. Busse und ZĂŒge verbinden die abenteuerlicheren Touristen mit Pompei, Erculaneum, Paestum und Ravello.

Perfect
from start to finish. Grady was in constant contact leading up to our check in, available when needed but not intrusive. sparkling clean and the location was perfect..right down by the wharf with town center around the corner. If you don’t feel like a huffin and puffin going up and down the hills of Positano this is the place stay.

Great Place!

This was an awesome place to stay in positano. Location is perfect with access to the beach and main area, but has a fantastic view. Grady met us at the pier and walked us up to the apartment when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Cannot express in enough words how amazing it is here in Positano. This Vrbo was amazing as well. Great location, close to public beach and not too far from Fornillo Beach Club (not free). Very bustling area with boats coming to and fro all day. We met Grady at the dock and it was a smooth transition. He was very good with explaining what we needed to know to make our stay a great one. The apartment was very clean, there were lots of little touches like Peroni and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, washer pods and really just perfect. The views were out of this world! We loved it and would return in a heartbeat.

Best location in Positano!! Close to beach, shops and restaurants!! We travel often and this vacation home is one of the cleanest and well maintained we’ve stayed in. Everything felt in new condition. The beds are comfortable with great linens. The views have to be the best there is!! There is not one thing I could complain about. The owner Grady was responsive and helpful. If we ever go back to Positano we wouldn’t even look for a different place to stay. This home is the one you want!!!

Highly recommend

Our stay was incredible at this VRBO. We enjoyed ourselves very much and happy we had been so low to the beach compared to all the steps in Positano. We did have to use the steps to climb up to our dinners but that’s going to be that same anywhere else you are staying in Positano. There’s no doubt I would be back here and enjoy this lovely place!

Amazing

Much better than advertised. Pictures do not represent the real beauty of this place and its breathtaking view. Not a million but a billion dollar view. We have been in Positano 6 times in the past years and this place has by far the best view ever. The only drawback are the steps.

Everything went wonderfully- we were met as we walked off the ferry and escorted to the apartment. There are some stairs, but my 80 year old mom had no problem, especially once she saw the views from every room in the apartment. The terrace and the view, with the breeze, had us up for every sunrise and sunset, plus we would order food "to go" so we could eat up there with that view. The apartment was immaculate and completely stocked with everything you need. There are porters to help with luggage. Location is between both the big and small beach- perfect. Grady (landlord) was wonderful and we will be back!

Location, View and Great Hosts

We rented apartment #1 for 3 nights in May of 2023. The process was very easy. Grady was extremely communicative prior to arrival with recommendations and answering my questions. The apartment has a fantastic location. Midway up on the side of Positano; you can see it in almost any picture of the area. Just below the apartment is the Ferry that takes you to Capri or Amalfi, super convenient. Just above you (approx 250 steps) is the main road. We were very happy being right in the middle of everything. Even with the prime location, you will walk plenty of steps You enter the apartment and you are immediately in the living room space, kitchen, eating area, bathroom and balcony floor. You go down one level the the bedrooms (which are separated by a few steps lol) and the other bathroom. I was very impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked, I don't know if it is always stocked so well, or from previous guests, but there was coffee, olive oil, vinegar, some snacks, laundry detergent as well as little hospitality baskets in each bathrooms with useful items. I tried to leave new items that I had overpacked. There was a gift of Prosecco and a few beers in the fridge. The apartment was very clean and kept in good repair. I did several loads of launder in the washer and everything air dried very quickly. It was wonderful to sit out on the main terrace and have wine, coffee or takeaway pizza. It was very surreal to in such a stunning place!

Best spot in town!

The apartment was all that was promised and more. The balcony alone is worth the price of admission. You have room to spread out, a kitchen to make your morning espresso and a balcony to enjoy every other moment! The apartment also has a wash machine and drying rack which truly came in handy. I do want to mention, as warned there are many steps to reach the apartment but well worth each one. I suggest you arrive via ferry as it is much easier to find and access from the water versus the street. The host who met us for check in was very welcoming and gave us great advice. I'd love to come back and stay again.

Great view with Electrical issues

The property is out of the way above the bay. We are 4 adults thinking the living area could use another couch for comfort as well as on the terrace. There are rules of turning on and off heater, washing machine, dish washer, lights and not using 2 items at the same time. The breaker blew frequently. We tried to explain our issues and it was always our fault. We would be gone all day with no use and upon returning engage the heater,take showers and the breaker would blow. Bottom line we think the capacity of the electrical system needs to be replaced. Our young man who was supposed to be looking after us truly needs a lesson in customer service as he blamed us instead of trying to work it out. We hope the capacity for electricity is increased before more guests have to endure this. Aside of these issues we enjoyed Positano and all it has to offer. Suggestion: Throughout the house label all the equipment and how to use.

Wonderful Positano

We recently stayed in #1 for 4 nights. It was clean and comfortable and was in the perfect location. After traveling the country for a week we just decided to do nothing but relax in Positano for 4 days. The veranda was wonderful for morning coffee and evening wine. Grady , Francesca's nephew was friendly and accommodating. A perfect stay in wonderful Positano!
