Description of the villa
Villa Avorio is a villa of 800 sqm and it is in the very heart of Positano.

Marquis Nino Marciano built it in 1906 and it is one of the first art galleries in Positano. Inside, there are many paintings and splendid poetries that the marquis and his family used to write.

A car is not a necessity but, if needed, it can be parked in the private garage (on the ground floor, available for 6 small size cars or 4 medium/large size ones) which can be reached from the main street.

Then, you can reach the property from the garage, through an elevator or directly from the main street through about 10 small stairs.

Layout
It is a three-story villa with many terraces, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi: the pool has a rectangular shape and is 6,20 x 4,00 mt large and from 0,30 to 1,60 meters deep.

Besides the interior of the pool consists of mosaics, among which the change of the water colour depending on the depth of the pool and of the direction of the solar rays.

The Jacuzzi area has six seats with vents engaged for the massage of the lumbar spine and the vertebral column.

Besides the whirlpool, the swimming pool has a drop-down water feature and a lighting consisting of six headlights of 50W.

The Villa terrace, around the swimming pool, is of about 200 sqm and it has a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs and umbrellas.

Furthermore, from each floor of the villa you can reach it.

On the first floor
Passing through the hallway, there are the first two double bedrooms, which have both air conditioning, heating and also a private balcony with table and chairs. It follows a bathroom, with shower, WC, bidet and sink, and then another one with hydro-massage shower, WC, bidet and sink.

On the same floor there is also the first kitchen; accessible from the living room and with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other small appliances plus a table and chairs for four.

Then the living room is delightfully furnished, including a sofa and a pool table.

From there, there is the access to a private terrace of about 35 sqm, covered with transparent glass panels.

Always passing through the living room, there is another double bedroom with air conditioning and heating and a twin bedroom (this one accessible from the hallway) with air conditioning and heating, to which follows the third bathroom, with hydro-massage shower, WC, bidet and sink.

Then there is another kitchen.

Kitchen appliances

Five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other small appliances, table with chairs for four.

From the kitchen, you will access a private terrace of about 20 sqm.

Second living room; as the other one has a sofa, table and chairs and it allows the access to a private terrace of about 70 sqm.

This Positano pool heated villa has also a little but fully equipped gym.

Next to this one there is another bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and sink.

The second floor has two levels
On the first one there are another living room.

From the livingroom is possible to reach the main terrace with pool, then another kitchen (which allows the same access of the living room).
