You will be nestled close to the lake with easy accessibility to the water for all your outdoor adventures whether that be boating, fishing, stand-up paddle boarding, or enjoying the beach. You will only be 6 minutes to Lake Hauser boat ramp and beach as well as 8 minutes from Newman Lake just over the border into Washington. No matter what adventure you have in store with the family you are guaranteed to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience here at the Perch!
Before entering the apartment, you will find the private outdoor patio that overlooks the wooded area leading up to the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dining set while listening to the birdâs chirp or watch the sunset with an evening cocktail under the string lighting.
When you enter the apartment, you will be greeted with an open concept, contemporary designed living space, dining area and kitchen. For your entertainment needs you will find a TV, a selection of board games to play, as well as a dedicated workstation perfect for finishing up a project or letting the kidâs color. There is plenty of dining seating for the whole crew and while you cook up a meal you will have all the small kitchen appliances and utensils needed while still enjoying the company of your friends/family!
The master bedroom is complete with a comfortable King-sized bed and a cottage lake house feel. There is plenty of shelving storage and areas to hang up your clothes as needed, as well as a hamper to collect the soiled clothes from your stay.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kids! The room has a Queen-sized bed as well as a twin over twin bunk. There is also additional shelving and storage to unpack and get comfortable for your stay.
Also available for use during your stay are a washer and dryer with some detergent. There is one bathroom with linens and some complimentary toiletries provided. The property has parking for up to 3 cars with a designated parking area, as well as a boat on a trailer. However, no RVâs are allowed. You are also encouraged to bring your own bikes to enjoy during your stay, so make sure to take a ride around the neighborhood. This is a secondary home with water views on a large private lot that includes another private residence. Please note there is a security camera above the entry stairs of this property. Trash pickup at street Monday AM, please have can at street Sunday evening.
This home allows up to two dogs under 25lbs with a paid pet fee.
Outdoor fires are restricted Memorial Day through the end of October. We appreciate your help in protecting our beautiful lands and properties.

To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be available 3 days prior to your arrival.
