Just minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene dining, the world-famous Floating Green, and an easy drive to Silverwood, scenic trails, the Spokane River, and 8 golf courses within 30 minutes. Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, two family rooms, a game room, backyard treehouse, cozy gas fireplace, fire pit for evening s’mores, and fast Wi-Fi for work and play.

Living Spaces:
- Living Room– Relax in comfort with a large new sectional sofa, Smart TV (Netflix and other apps), and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a movie night.

- Family Room – This cozy space on the ground floor features a comfy sofa, conversation chairs, a twin size convertible chair/bed (best for youth) a gas fireplace, and French doors that open to the spacious, fenced backyard.

- Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and more! Enjoy brand-new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. You'll find a crockpot, bread maker, panini maker, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, and more! There's also a dual coffee maker to brew a full pot or just a single cup. Plus, we’ve got basic spices and a starter supply of coffee to get you going. The kitchen table comfortably seats 6 but can expand to seat up to 10 if needed. And don’t worry, we’ve got a dishwasher and provided dish pods because who wants to do dishes on vacation?

- Dining Room – A sturdy, large table that seats 6-10+ with settings for 12 adults, plus extra child-sized dishes.

Bathrooms:
- Primary Bathroom – Enjoy the luxury of a 6-foot jacuzzi jetted tub that heats up to 101°F, making it feel like your own private hot tub! It’s also combined with a shower for ultimate relaxation.
- Additional Bathrooms – Two more full bathrooms with tub/shower combos.

Laundry Room:
Conveniently equipped with a large-capacity washer and dryer, plus starter pods of detergent. Perfect for keeping up with laundry during your stay.

Game Room:
Head to the converted garage for endless fun! Challenge the family to ping pong, air hockey, corn hole, and more. We’ve got a large variety of games, including spike ball, pickleball, life size connect four, beach chairs, coolers, and extra kitchen gadgets. And don't worry about the chill—several free-standing heaters are available for winter months. (Note: No parking in the garage.)

Backyard:
A fully fenced backyard with two patios and seating areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Warm up by the wood-burning fire pit (just bring your own firewood). Plus, a gas barbecue is available for grilling up a delicious meal, with a starter supply of propane.

Treehouse:
Access the whimsical treehouse via a spiral staircase! It’s the perfect spot to unwind and let your imagination soar. While there’s no electricity or plumbing, you’ll find yoga mats, books, a telescope, and ottomans for your enjoyment.

Parking:
We’ve got plenty of parking! The driveway fits 4 cars, plus a gravel area on the side for 2 additional cars, or an RV or boat (no hookups). Additional parking is available on the street, but please keep the sidewalks clear for our neighbors.

~Step-Free Access:~

Step-free entry is available! If someone enters through the front door first, they can open the garage door to allow others to enter the home via the ground floor garage, which includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the family room, laundry room, and backyard.

Other Things to Note:

- The home is professionally cleaned between each guest.
- We want you to relax—no long chore list! Just double-check for your belongings, turn off the fireplace, and lock up.
- There are exterior security cameras for your safety, but no cameras inside the home.
- While we love children, please note the house is NOT childproofed. Parents, please keep an eye on the little ones!
- If something is missing or needs attention, let us know—we want this to feel like your home away from home.
- We supply starter supply of TP, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, laundry soap and garbage bags, coffee, tea, sugar, basic spices
- Early check-in may be available for a fee with prior approval.
- Unfortunately, we have a strict NO PETS policy, but we’d be happy to recommend nearby pet accommodations.
- Third-party rentals are not allowed (the person who rents must stay at the property unless otherwise arranged).
- Interested in a 30+ day stay? Just inquire with us!
- A rental agreement, security deposit, and verified ID will be required within 48 hours to confirm booking. Please check your email on file.
