The Il Buchetto vacation home is located in the quiet historic center of Potenza Picena, a town in the province of Macerata known for its combination of medieval charm, lush nature, and the sea. Enjoy the tranquility and coolness of the ancient village, just 11 minutes from the sea and beaches of Porto Potenza Picena and a few meters from the Porta Girola steps, which lead to the Pincio (the town's panoramic viewpoint), where you can admire the Marche hills with the backdrop of Monte Conero, surrounded by the Adriatic Sea. We provide a beach kit.

The property has been recently renovated and is equipped with heating (radiators + heat pump) and air conditioning. We will ensure the house is warm or cool upon your arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

On the ground floor, there is a laundry area and a convenient shower (for example, for returning from the beach). On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc.), two tables (for 4 and 2), and a sofa bed with a chaise longue. On the second floor, you'll find a bathroom with a tub, a living room with a sofa bed (there's a connecting room separated by a door), and a bedroom with a double bed.

Free Wi-Fi (fiber at over 167 Mbps) is ideal for remote working and streaming, and offers a good signal throughout the property. There are three televisions: one for each bed. You can charge your electronic devices using the USB ports throughout the property. Sheets, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. A beach kit is available upon request: one umbrella, two deck chairs, two beach towels, and one cooler with ice packs. A playpen and high chair with tray are always available. Everything is included in your booking.

Free parking is available in front of the property, and if it's full, there are additional parking spaces within a few meters. Near the property, you'll find all the main amenities, including bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a delicatessen, supermarkets, and the Pro Loco tourist association. The area is very quiet and peaceful, usually uncrowded. Porto Potenza, Porto Recanati, Civitanova Marche, and Loreto are easily reached within 10-15 minutes. Marcelli, Numana, and Sirolo (Riviera del Conero) are just half an hour away.

The tourist tax is €1 per person, per night, and is payable upon check-in, preferably via electronic payment. Children under 14 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
