Idylwood is a 2,250-square-foot home with beautiful natural light and a lovely outdoor space. The main section of the home, plus the lower-level bonus suite (which is the 4th bedroom), can sleep up to 10 guests. Located one hour north of Dallas and just a 5-minute drive to the shores of Lake Texoma, this is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

*** Please note that the 4th bedroom bonus suite does not have indoor stairs connecting it to the main part of the house, so it would not be suitable for young children to sleep alone. You must walk outside between the bonus suite and the main house. ***

The Main House
The main section of the home has three bedrooms with three full bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. The open-concept living/dining area offers plenty of seating for dining and gathering with your group. The living room has a 65-inch Smart Roku TV, which allows you to log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and other online streaming services. Host a family game night using the variety of classic board games to add to your memorable vacation!

The well-stocked kitchen includes everything you need to create delicious meals during your stay.

4th Bedroom Bonus Suite - The lower-level bonus suite has a private entrance and includes a full bathroom and can sleep up to 2 guests in the twin daybed with trundle.

There is a full-size washer and dryer available.

Outdoor Space
The outdoor space is wonderful for experiencing the sights and sounds of nature. Enjoy the breeze and listen to the birds sing while you enjoy your cup of coffee on the deck, read a book in the double hammock under the trees, or do your yoga routine on the patio with the exercise mats provided. Get some friendly competition going with a game of Ladder Toss. For dinner, use the outdoor grill to cook up your favorite meal. Afterward, gather around the fire pit for a relaxing evening.

Playhouse
The playhouse is a charming hideaway for kids to use their imagination and have fun with the toys provided. This space also has high-speed internet and a desk and can easily be used as a quiet workplace. The playhouse has an air conditioning unit but does not have a heater.

Parking
There is room for five vehicles to park in the circular driveway. There is a covered carport with a 7-foot maximum height.

Community Boat Ramp and Dock

The neighborhood boat ramp is a five-minute drive (approximately a 10-minute walk) and is available to use for a $10 daily fee. A small public dock is available for dropping in a fishing line or sitting by the water.

Walking Trails

There are several walking trails accessible directly from the house with great views of the lake. The eclectic neighborhood provides plenty of quiet, hilly roads for runners and fitness lovers out there!
