This guest house is on a property where there is another vacation rental. This means there are two vacation rentals plus the main house where the owners live. Each vacation rental guest house is a separate structure.
ALL outdoor areas including POOL and JACUZZI are shared with owners who live onsite and one other guest house! The pool and Jacuzzi are located on a private property where the owners live.
You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with two bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Roku TV and WIFI.

Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover. Parking is on property in the space labeled âSerafinaâ. Guests will walk approximately 100 yards to the private guest house. Need to walk over bark.

Hot tub is not heated. It can be heated remotely by owner but will depend on ownersâ availability. It is not guaranteed that we will heat the jacuzzi and it we will be heated once daily for a $95 an hour fees are due to high gas prices. You need to be on the property before we will heat it so we donât waste energy. It can be heated once daily for 45 min. Additional heating requests can be accommodated for a fee. All guests are asked to be on the property before the hearing is turned on. Use of the being hot tub being hot is NOT a guarantee if staying with us! Outdoor activities and pool/jacuzzi ends at 10pm as we live in a quiet neighborhood.
