Family Fun at Brasada Ranch

This vacation home is absolutely lovely, it has all the amenities you could need for a wonderful stay at Brasada. Beautiful location, home is pristine, fully stocked kitchen, games, grill, access to all the resort facilities. The host gives excellent directions, instructions, and communication to make the whole stay seamless. Our family of 10 had an amazing week and stay in this property.

Wonderful family getaway spot

Clean spacious home - the bathrooms particularly looked up to date and sparkling. And I always appreciate when a vacation home has a little something extra in the way of fun for the kids like a hot tub or ping pong table - in this case the family enjoyed the shuffleboard in the bonus room upstairs a lot. This didn’t take away from the experience but, I will just mention for others, there aren’t window coverings in the front living/door windows which normally isn’t a huge deal but just be aware as the house is right by the entrance gate and in the evenings when we were eating dinner, watching tv and playing games it would have been nice to have a little more privacy - that’s just personal preference. The hosts were excellent and exceeded all of our needs. Thank you so much for the welcome goodies and snacks!

Great house!

We celebrated my daughters birthday with friends and family! The layout of the house was great. It is also stocked with everything you need in the kitchen plus lots of games. It is a quick walk to the restaurants, pool and pickle ball courts. The views from the house are amazing. We needed a few things during our stay and Cameron was quick to respond and bring us what we needed.

Not worth what we paid.

Not exactly who is responsible for the short comings this property had for us. No blinds on the windows in main living spaces to block glaring sun or people from seeing in at night. Home was not as clean as expected (hair in the shower), no wash cloths in any of the bathrooms, lighting in front of garage was burn out, no tissue at all, beds in room were not comfortable. Closet in master bedroom had burned out light. We had to use flashlight on our phones once it got dark. Main living space furniture left much to be desired as far as comfort. Aside from those things, the property management company was awesome. They came very quickly to replace the fire stick to fix the tv and eager to help. Not the best experience.

Brasada Ranch

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children loved staying at this spacious house in Brasada Ranch. We had plenty of room and found the house well equipped with essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. We would suggest supplying Kleenex In the bathrooms, more bath soap and more paper towels in the kitchen. The beautiful views from inside through the many windows were amazing. Looking at the high desert scenery was very relaxing. Our family recommends this house for a great family retreat.

Perfect for multiple families!

This house is perfect for multiple family’s, it was clean, big kitchen awesome area for kids to hang out. HOA fees are a bit excessive and don’t make a ton of sense, prices should be adjusted based on use of facilities. But the house was nice!

Management of property was a big issue

When you rent this house you are on property of Brasada resort which is great however if you stay in homes and not cabins you are treated and called 3rd party renters and benefits are not the same. You pay high resort fees for nothing. The house listing on app is inaccurate- no hot tub & rules were printed inaccurate- it said You have to put out your garbage and depending on what day you arrive it is not only your garbage but whoever stayed before you. The house is beautiful but a little remote. You rent through AvantStay which is very difficult to contact & they messed up on our paperwork so checking was an issue. if any issues you have to contact them & they never were resolved for us! If this could be fixed future renter would not have issues & could enjoy their time there. More trouble than it was worth to me.

Beautiful house, but poor communication and no working grill or hot water half way through our stay.

I rented 4 houses in Brasada Ranch for a weeklong stay with this home being our central home for cooking. Communication with the other 3 homeowners was easy, and the process was seamless
 with AvantStay (the manager of this property) the communications we’re obviously automated and it took 3 messages on my part to get one message back that made sense. This is what communication was like throughout, it was definitely not the 5 star experience that I paid for or expected. If that was the only hiccup, I would give them 4 stars, BUT the backyard grill didn’t work (on day one it kind of cooked, day two it was done) and midway through our stay the hot water went out
 no hot water for showers, dishes, laundry etc. so the beautiful bathtub sat unused
 they did offer to let our party move to another property 20 minutes away (a day after I first let them know the hot water and grill weren’t working), but I didn’t get any information on the size or type of house that it was, so I was nervous to move our party of 9 adults and 5 kids to this new unknown house. Also, they were obviously trying to get the house ready for their next guest, because in the morning of the day we were going to leave we had to get up early, and move our cars so that the plumber could get it fixed for the next guests
 I also got another automated text about making sure we were out by 11 AM sharp (we were) so that the next guests arrived. For the price point of this VRBO, it was annoying and not very professional. Lastly, it is advertised as 5 bedrooms, but it is NOT 5 bedrooms
 it’s 4 bedrooms and a game room with no curtains, that has a pullout couch that a spring fell out if while we were there
 I felt bad for the family that had to stay in that room. I would give it 2.5 stars if I had the option to do that, but I can’t
 and I do think 2 stars is too little. The house was beautiful, and they had pack n plays and a high chair for us when we got there
 but for poor/weird communication and failure to fix a HUGE issue or make up for it in a satisfactorily way
 I give 3 stars.

We all enjoyed they stay. The only down fall was the HOA fees. None of us could use the resort extras & we still had to pay $1500 in fees for 11 people. Great place for a large group

We enjoyed our annual trip to Brasada and this house was a great option for our three families. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the big kitchen for cooking with a group and playing games. Mgmt company was very responsive. Recommend this house!
