The Resort

Enjoy access to Brasada Ranch amenities including pools, fitness center, tennis, horseback riding, and more (additional fees apply).



There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests.

*Children aged 5 and under are not included in the guest count and are exempt from the resort fee.

*Brasada members are also exempt from the resort fee.



Resort fee will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.

Once the total resort fee is calculated, we’ll send a separate request for the resort fee payment. Please note - these fees add up - please consider the total of the below fees as well as the booking cost prior to booking!



SEASONAL RATES:

• Jan 01 - May 12 = $36 / person / night

• May 13 - Sep 30 = $68 / person / night

• Oct 01 - Dec 31 = $40 / person / night

If you're booking July 4-6, please note that guests will not have access to the athletic club and pools, and no resort fees will be charged for these dates.



Other things to note

• When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

• The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)

• Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.

* Payment of the resort fees must be paid within 7 days of reservation



Maximum of 10 guests for resort access at one time

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles permitted (this includes being parked at the property in the driveway)
