This home will make your stay in Knoxville one you won't forget! Eden East is one of a kind.

An amazing pool, HUGE 8 person Hot Tub with tons of therapeutic jets, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Arcade Games and plenty of space for big groups. Close to everything including the Great Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge. Minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations etc!

This 4 BR 3 Bath house has so much to offer. Master BR has a King bed and large master bath featuring a BIG walk in shower with both a standard shower head and an overheasd rain shower as well.

A second bedroom has a queen bed and another full bath right across the hall. Large living area with a 65" Flatscreen TV. Stainless appliances and granite in the Kitchen. Pool Table. Ping Pong, 55" TV and a Bar make for some amazing memories and some competitive nights!

Downstairs, you'll find a huge area to just chill. 75" Flatscreen and surround sound system make a movie night a must! Plus there's some arcade games with tons of games, all set to FREE PLAY! Bathroom and laundry downstairs, plus 2 BR's. One BR has a queen bed and the other is a bunk room for the kids with 4 bunks (one is a double).

The backyard is an oasis! Huge in-ground pool with diving board and plenty of space for relaxing, corn hole, basketball and so much more. There are 2 HUGE decks out back overlooking the pool, with a HUGE 8 person Hot Tub with a crazy amount of therapeutic jets, including volcano jets for your feet! There is also a gas firepit, grill, 55" TV, and table area to eat and see what's going on in the pool.

Super fast WIFI, Cable TV, TVs in all the bedrooms including the bunk room/ Plenty of parking. This house has it all!

Enjoyed our stay at this home! The home was very clean, and had all the amenities any renter could ask for, ie kitchen was well equipped, with anything needed for cooking, cleaning up, etc. Our family loved the pool/ping pong table, as well as the pin ball machines! Lots of memories made in this home! It was too cold to enjoy the outside features

Great spot for family fun!!!

We had an awesome time at the Powell house! The floor plan is well laid out and there’s fun and flow on every floor. The pool is great and larger than we expected. The owners have it well equipped with everything you need for a great time with the family. If we’re back in the area, we would come back for sure!!!

Great Place for Friends Reunion

We had a great time at the property. LOVED the pool and the enormous hot tub! The house was well-equipped, clean and the owners were very responsive when remote batteries were dead. The neighborhood was quiet and within close distance to any necessities. Basement bedrooms could be made very dark - perfect for teens who wanted to sleep in. Would stay again.

The stars of this house are the HUGE pool and HUGE hot tub. Both were clean and inviting. We spent every day in the pool and the covered hot tub was such a bonus as it rained here and there. There is also a large wheeled bluetooth speaker box we had by the pool so we could listen to our own mixes. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and close to lots of stores. Ice cream at Nik Nak's is a must and Knoxville is a very short trip away. The fenced in yard was such a plus for our 2 small dogs! The beds were comfy and the house very clean. My only negative take away is the living room needs more seating and the couch must go. Lol. It has been well loved. We had a really nice time at this house and recommend it to people who love swimming and have a pet.

The space was definitely adequate for a family of 6 attending graduation for the University of Tennessee. It was only a 20 minute drive from house to down town Knoxville. Had issues with the pool not being in usable condition upon arrival but host was easily reached and sent assistance out several times to try to resolve the issue. Would recommend this home for anyone looking at great space inside and spacious backyard for family time, if you need to be close to Knoxville but not wanting to stay in Knoxville.

Perfect weekend stay

Stayed at Knoxville Eden East for our daughter’s school event over a long weekend, The house was perfect for our needs. The bathrooms were clean and newly redone in fact the whole house looks newly remodeled and is really nice! The hot tub is enormous and we definitely used the outdoor area even though it was first weekend in Feb and we were fine and it was great! The kitchen has nice appliances and has really nice and plentiful stuff to use and it’s new and not yucky at all! Thank you hosts for a perfect stay!

Amazing home

This was a great house for our vacation. The pool and sauna were great, and there was plenty of things to do in the house. Additionally, the host thought of everything we could possibly need, such as toys for the pool, masking tape and toiletries. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were fantastic for the kids and of course the adults as well. There was plenty of room for all of us and all of the amenities that you needed. We got to go into Pigeon Forge which was not that far at all. There is plenty of places to grocery shop that are close by. The neighborhood was quiet (except for my grandkids) and felt safe. I would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Nice place

We had a great time at this property. There’s so much space for everyone. The swimming pool is amazing and we spent everyday at the pool. The hot tub is gigantic and was wonderful to relax in. What I liked a lot was all the tv’s, pool table, arcade games etc gave us some things to do when weather was rainy on the first night. Also enjoyed your stereo outside which we used everyday while at the pool. Wonderful place to stay and close to shopping in Knoxville. Also only 1 hour from Pigeon forge which was nice. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions I had. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a great time! The house had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, and we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and arcade games... never a dull moment! Also, close enough to make a visit to Pigeon Forge. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. It all made for a great family vacation!
