The home is located in a historic neighborhood near downtown Prescott. The Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, galleries, and community events are within comfortable walking distance, allowing guests to park and explore much of downtown on foot.
Getting Around:
Many downtown attractions can be reached on foot from the home. A vehicle is recommended for visiting Watson Lake, Lynx Lake, the Granite Dells, hiking trails, and destinations outside central Prescott. Rideshare services may also be available.
Other Things to Note:
This is a historic 1919 home with the character and quirks that come with an older property. Cooling is provided by a window air-conditioning unit rather than central air. The unit keeps its immediate room most comfortable but may not cool the entire home evenly during especially warm weather.
The home accommodates a maximum of four guests across two bedrooms and two beds. Pets are welcome with prior notice and applicable fees; please include all pets when booking. Parties and events are not permitted.
