The downstairs consists of a dining and kitchenette area stocked with all the essentials, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious bedroom with a king size bed that features a smart TV and a closet. Upstairs is a large living room loft with plenty of seating options, a smart TV, and a dedicated work station. This place is perfect for remote workers looking for proximity to downtown!

The kitchen area, bedroom, and the upstairs loft each have a mini split system that do an amazing job at keeping the home cool/warm.

Pets are always welcomed! But please keep in mind that we do not have a fenced in area for them. The Courthouse square is a 3 minute drive, and provides a wonderful grassy place that the pups will enjoy!

You will have the entire back unit to yourself. No area of the unit is shared, however the parking is considered shared. You will access the home by our keyless entry system, with a code created specifically for you.

-This 1000 sqft unit is the back half of another rental of ours called "The Friendly Place", and sits right being the Residence Inn hotel.
-The access and parking is in the Alley. The area is extremely safe and the neighbors are very friendly. If you decide to sit outside, you will be greeted mostly by neighbors walking their dogs.
-Guests staying in the front unit usually park on the main street, however they do have a dedicated parking spot in the back also.
-The bedroom has a door the exits to the side of the home. This door has a metal security screen, and is perfect for those who like to sleep with some fresh air.
- Sprouts, Walgreens, Panda Express, Chipotle, and many other places are an easy 5 minute walk- away.
-It's about a 15 minute walk to the Courthouse Square.
