The space
Looking for a comfortable, spacious home with plenty of room for your group? This two-story house offers a mix of modern updates and classic charm, making it a great option for your next getaway.

The home was renovated in June 2022, with updates to the bathrooms and living spaces, while still keeping some of its original character. It’s not brand-new, but it’s a cozy and welcoming space to gather with family and friends.

Main Floor – Living Space & Bedrooms:

The main floor serves as the primary living area, with an open kitchen and a comfortable living space for everyone to enjoy. This floor also has five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms:

• Two bedrooms each have king-size beds.
• Three bedrooms each have queen-size beds.
• The master suite offers a king-size bed, a small pull-out couch, and its own private bathroom for added privacy.
• One full bathroom with a shower.
• One half bathroom with a toilet and sink, providing extra convenience.

Important Update: Please note that we recently made changes to the layout. The dining room has been converted into a bedroom with a king-size bed, and the dining table has been moved to the kitchen area. While the listing description reflects these changes, the photos have not been updated yet. We appreciate your understanding.

The main floor is equipped with heating and cooling, ensuring that guests can relax in comfort no matter the season.

Lower Floor – Recreational Area:

The lower floor is best suited for recreational use. It includes a game room, extra lounging space, and plenty of room to relax. However, it’s important to note that this floor does not have heating or cooling.

The main living and sleeping areas are on the upper floor, where heating and cooling are provided. The lower level is great for hanging out or having fun, but it’s not intended for overnight stays or extended use during extreme weather conditions.

Kitchen & Dining:

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It’s a functional and practical space with plenty of room for cooking and sharing meals together. The dining table is now located within the kitchen area for added convenience.

This home is well-suited for larger groups and families, offering plenty of space to spread out. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a weekend getaway, you’ll find enough room to relax and enjoy your time together.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the main floor and basement unit.

Please note that the basement unit is solely for recreational use. It includes a game room and extra lounging space but is not intended for overnight stays or living purposes. The basement does not have heating or cooling, so guests should plan to use it only as a fun, recreational area.

The main floor, where the living areas and bedrooms are located, is fully equipped with heating and cooling amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Other things to note
- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Please no loud exterior noise past 10pm.
- We have a security system for your safety and ours, there are outdoor cameras facing the street and we have an alarm system which you will have access to upon reserving your stay.


FROM the Preston Township Zoning Law:
a) The property will be kept in a neat and orderly manner, including trash recycling areas.
b) There will be no outdoor events. All activities shall be orderly and considerate of neighboring properties.
c) Noise levels shall not exceed the State of Connecticut “Control of Noise” Regulations.
d) There will be no on-street parking but we have 6 parking space in our drive way
