On the highest point in South Bay spoiling you with unmatched views, our Hicks Holme, featured and pictured in County architectural reviews (see book in dining room), has been lovingly restored and updated to its former glory over the last ten years. Situated on four scenic acres, on 275 feet of private waterfront, this Prince Edward County gem amazes with its history, charm and thoughtful design that still works almost 150 years later.

The current owners, Kristen and Gareth, are the first Owners of the property since the Hicks family who were originally granted the property as Loyalists to the British Crown.

Take your time discovering and exploring the many rooms, two decks, sunporch and find the hidden staircase. Our home and property are perfect for families, a large bunch of friends, or anyone wanting an authentic Prince Edward County getaway.
