Main Living Space:

Enjoy our spacious, stylish, thoughtfully decorated bungalow with a 500sq foot natural wood sunroom surrounded by large windows and vaulted high ceilings. Brand new fully renovated main bathroom and laundry room. Large kitchen with island, butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans and other kitchen cooking essentials available. Coffee bar area has a drip coffee brewer as well as Keurig coffee maker (tea and hot chocolate available) Two separate dining areas. Two living rooms with cozy couches, one with wood burning fireplace. 50” wall mounted Fire TV is located in sunroom area. Half bath located outside of bedroom three.

Bedroom one:

One queen size bed, large closet with clothing storage.

Bedroom two:

Twin bed with second pull out trundle twin bed. Can be used as two separate twin beds or one queen bed depending on preference.

Bedroom three:

One queen bed.

All bedrooms have room darkening curtains.

Outdoor space:

Take in the spectacular sunsets over the lake from our large chic resort style patio while sipping wine from one of over 30 wineries in the area. Outdoor dining table seats 10 and faces the waterfront. There’s room for the whole family to cozy up on the large patio furniture, and two fire pits to keep everyone cozy into the evening. Two other separate smaller patios for multiple guests to have their own space. Large spacious grassy backyard creates the perfect spot for badminton/volleyball, corn hole and various other outdoor games. BBQ area is fully covered and propane is provided.

Waterfront:

Water is excellent for swimming. Diving is not permitted. Beach area is rocky, water shoes are recommended. Access to beach/dock by steps. Space to dock a boat. Rental includes the use of two kayaks and one standup paddle board (weather permitting) Please use at own risk. Life jackets are included and are highly recommended to be used during water sports. Please also be advised that area to the left of dock and along west side of yard near hammock does have a steep drop off and is not fenced.
