Cliffside Comfort – Studio Premium Villa on Kaua‘i’s North Shore

Perched atop Kaua‘i’s stunning North Shore cliffs, the Studio Premium Villa at The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas offers a relaxing retreat that blends resort amenities with the comforts of home. Measuring about 510 square feet, this villa accommodates up to four guests—perfect for a couple or small family.

Inside, you’ll find a king Westin Heavenly® Bed and a sofa bed in the living area, along with a full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, and dining space makes in-villa meals convenient. The villa also includes a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private lanai where you can enjoy the tropical breezes.

The resort surrounds you with lush gardens, multiple pools and whirlpools, a fitness center, and on-site dining at Nanea Restaurant & Bar. For essentials and local treats, the Princeville Market is just steps away. Guests enjoy no resort fees, and complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Fees & Policies
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted (service animals only). Hawaii state and county occupancy taxes apply and are collected at check-out.

The resort will undergo villa renovations from Aug. 2, 2026 through Nov. 20, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during the daytime hours. No resort amenities or services to be affected.

On-site parking is available for a fee of $30 US daily.
