The house has a very nice location not far from the beach.
Close to the house there are a couple of good restaurants, a coffee bar and the supermarket.
There are several beautiful beaches in the area and particularly the sandy beach nearby with shallow entrance to the sea is ideal for children.
The promenade on the western side of the peninsula is ideal for an afternoon walk,offering a spectacular sunset view.
The old town of Nin is just a few kilometers away.
The house is part of a new complex of 4 houses in a row built in 2022.
On the ground floor there is a living room , a fully equipped kitchen and a small dining area conected with the beautifull terace in the backyard. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms.There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.
