Summary:
Best Kept Secret in Providence! Have you ever wanted to stay in a place where you have an expanding panoramic view of the city? Our Penthouse is one of the only places in the city that offers this exclusive view! Great views of Downtown, Superman Building. Walking distance to Federal Hill, Downtown. Walk to the numerous coffee shops in the morning, then stroll to some of the best hidden Foodie Restaurants for lunch & dinner in the abutting neighborhoods! Close to hospitals and colleges as well!

The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large events.

THE LAYOUT
Take the charming old spiral staircase up to the 3rd floor Penthouse, this apartment takes up the entire top floor of the building! There are four other apartments below on the two lower levels. The apartment is equipped for up to six guests, and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.

MAXIMUM COMFORT
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment to provide privacy. On one end of the apartment is the Primary Suite with breathtaking city views off its sliding door to the deck. It has a king size bed, huge walk-in closet, which is perfect for long stays, and a bathroom that offers a spa-like feel. It comes equipped with its freestanding soaker tub, floating double vanity, and standup shower with frameless glass door. On the other end of the apartment is the 2nd bedroom, with dedicated work space and a large closet with custom 8-foot doors. Off the hallway is a 2nd bathroom, with shower/tub and in unit washer and dryer.

FOR THE FOODIES
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 bar seats off the island, a 6-person indoor dining table with wonderful natural light, and a 4-person outdoor dining table on the deck.

RELAX AND UNWIND
The living area has a comfy sofa that converts into a queen size bed and has a Smart TV w/ Amazon Prime. It's cozy and located off the deck's sliding door to offer views of the city while you sit and relax by the TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table, or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.

THE BUILDING
This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there and there is no elevator in this apartment building, additionally there are 4 other apartments in the building. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private deck.

The Neighborhood:
The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges!

Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP!

Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location!

We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by.

Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).

Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The shared staircase is a restored round staircase that leads you to your private apartment entrance.

Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments and deck areas are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response. Beautiful location and apartment

Second time here. Loved it. Clean and like a hotel efficiency but cozier. Great view from balcony. Quiet neighbors. Street noise tolerable although ear plugs would help light sleepers. East check in and out and great communication. Parking is a plus. Will be back.

Great Federal Hill apartment

Fantastic place to stay. Great view. Close to lots of restaurants and Convention center. Steep stairs ( not a problem for us). Abundant street noise in front bedroom. (Police and fire department nearby)Nonetheless a fantastic place to stay.

Nice property with all the amenities. Loved the floor plan, perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen well stocked if cooking in, but no need as this place is the perfect place to all the restaurants on Broadway.

Location and space

This was perfectly situated for us as it’s near our daughter’s apartment there, and near all of our favorite restaurant/bar establishments. Walked everywhere but one brunch. Parking pass was nice for moving in. Easy to access. Nice safe neighborhood. This rental is basically like having a fully equipped 2 BR suite at a nice hotel. Very comfy beds and gorgeous balcony and view. It doesn’t feel lived in like many rentals, but that's preferable to us. The street is busy/a little traffic noisy starting at around 5am so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (worked for me). Will for sure book again and hopefully longer stay next time!
