Comfort, Privacy, and Proximity to Leeward Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for two couples or families, with two identical bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room—each with its own private bathroom. Leeward Beach, just a 2-minute drive away, was our favorite on the island. The home came with all the beach essentials, making our outings super easy. Donte, who lives next door, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay at Villa Prada

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Villa Prada for 10 nights and had a wonderful stay! The villa has everything you need, just bring your clothes! We cooked breakfast daily and used the grill for some dinners. There are plenty of pots/pans/dishes and supplies that are provided. Bed was comfortable. Pool and patio were great to enjoy the TCI weather! Plenty of beach amenities: chairs, umbrella, cooler. Villa location is a very safe & quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Villa Prada!

Delightful

Absolutely delightful stay! The backyard oasis was a dream. The landscaping around the pool was simply stunning. The interior was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, with clear attention to detail. The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the good selection of games and books provided. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests had everything they needed for a memorable stay. Family Winter Getaway

The weather was hot and sunny, the villa way COOL! We loved the beds, shower, kitchen, pool area. Our hosts were marvellous! Close to beach and walking to different family activities was not far. We would definitely return to Villa Prada for another visit to TCI! All the Villa extras made our villa time lots of fun. I would have liked a floating chair in the pool

Even Better Than Expected

My friend and I stayed at Villa Prada for a week, and it was nothing short of amazing! It’s even better than the pictures, especially outside where they’ve added beautiful landscaping that makes you feel like you’re in your own private paradise. Rochelle and Donte were wonderful and were always quick to respond if we had any questions. You honestly can’t go wrong staying here. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! See you next time!!!

Property manager were very attentive and gave us some ideas about 1st time to TCI. House is in great location, not really walkable to beaches, but Leward was our favorite and it is in the neighborhood.three of us plenty of room and the outdoor space was fabulous. Kitchen well stocked it has everything. Only slight issues, AC unit in one of the bedrooms giraffes was a Little nosy, couch in LV room was not so comfy. We would defiantly stay again.

Leeward Settlement - Privacy Away from Resorts

Having used HomeAway / VRBO for over 15 years, I spend a lot of time looking for choice properties. In fact, I investigated 6 properties in the Leeward Settlement area where we have stayed before. I chose this property for a few reasons - primarily was that the images provided and property descriptions were extremely well done when compared to other properties investigated. And upon arrival entering the house I knew we had made the right choice feeling "at home" right away with the descriptions matching the well accommodated property down to the littlest of details you many times don't even find in the higher end hotels. As for the property, it is located in the quiet Leeward area away from the larger resorts. Having a vehicle was a plus for exploring, and almost necessary to access shopping and restaurants in the Grace Bay, Turtle Cove, and Sapolilla areas. Would we return? Absolutely, but if you book this property, please don't book our week! Thanks Donte and Rochelle. We had a spectacular week.

Perfect

Rochelle and Donte were excellent host. Great communication and provided anything we could have needed. The space is so clean, so nice, and so accommodating. The pool is a huge bonus. In a great location in the Leeward community, only a couple minute drive to the closest beach. Less than 10 minutes drive to most restaurants and shops. Very safe neighborhood. Our only regret is not bringing our puppy. Rochelle and Donte are obviously dog lovers as are we.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This cozy villa was exactly as described in the listing. Donte was easy to communicate with and met us at the house to go over all of the details of our stay. The house is perfect for a family of four or two couples. We had just enough space and having everything on one floor was great. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a beach stay. Loved having such a beautiful outdoor space and pool. Rent a car if you're staying here to get around but Sunset Beach is also within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, would love to return and highly recommend Villa Prada.

Wonderful stay

Wow- more amazing than we imagined!

Lovely and relaxing

Villa Prada was a wonderful home base for our 9 days in Turks and Caicos. The outdoor space is particularly appealing; we especially loved sitting by the pool with a cocktail after a long day exploring before heading out for dinner. Rochelle and Donte were lovely and communication, etc, couldn't have been easier. The house itself was comfy and calm. We can't wait to come back.

Great place for family and friends

There property is exactly like the pictures, 2 big bedrooms and very private in the back yard. We were in constant contact with the owner while we were coming in and were met at the property by Donta, he proceed to give us a very detailed break down the property and the surroundings as well as great recommendations were to eat to places to visit. He was spot on with every recommendation. there is a good security presence around the area, as well as a roaming security car, while walking late at night to take some star pictures, one of the cars came by to see what I was doing. He was very polite and professional and as soon as he realized I was a gust he went on his way. the property is close to a beach ( took us 10 mins to walk it) the property is clean and the appliances are new, it is purpose built for friends or family with the 2 bedrooms and each has a complete bathroom. The WIFI is really decent and we got a good signal sitting in the backyard. Any time we had a questions or wanted a recommendation, all we had to do is send a text, and we got an answer right away. you will need a car for sure as to get to anything requires a bit of a drive, but it is well worth it. Some of the roads to the various points are unpaved and a little steep, so you will need a 4 wheel drive if you are planning to go there. Highly recommend this property for more reason than I can list.

Best vacation ever!

What an incredible experience we had in this property. The owner met us when we were lost and drove with us to the house. Then allowed my husband to follow him to the grocery store that evening. Our vacation only got better from then on. The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The owners were available for any questions we had throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an exceptional vacation!
