SULI is a newly renovated, 1660 SF 2-bedroom plus den, ground floor lockout suite located in the Carpe Diem Luxury Condominiums in the heart of Grace Bay. Carpe Diem is a small development with only 7 units and features lushly landscaped grounds with pool. Since Carpe Diem does not have an elevator, the ground floor location of SULI is ideal as it allows for unobstructed access to the property’s grounds. You will enjoy a private tranquil setting within the popular Grace Bay resort district of Providenciales. SULI is perfect for guests who want access to all the amenities of the resort district, but who prefer an alternative to the traditional resort-style accommodations.

The unique lockout design of SULI gives you the flexibility of flowing between two different layouts during your stay. The complete 2-bedroom plus den configuration creates one large suite that is perfect for spending time with friends and family. SULI consists of an open concept living/kitchen/dining area, 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a den with kitchenette, laundry facilities, and a large fully screened porch. If at any time during your stay you’d prefer some additional privacy, simply close the connecting door and you will be able to enjoy 2 fully self-contained 1-bedroom suites. The main suite consists of a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, bedroom with king bed and renovated en suite, laundry facilities, and screened in porch.
