Beautiful view from the patio. Enjoyed having the kayak to take out on the water. A/C worked great. Host was very nice. Had everything we needed. The coffee creamer, sugar and bottled water was a great addition.

This place was beautiful, as other reviews have said. Spacious unit with vaulted ceilings, very private, and what a view!However, this was overshadowed by an insect issue. The unit is overall meticulously clean and the manager & cleaner do what they can, but there are still an uncomfortable number of bugs entering the space. Particularly when it rains. I really wanted to give a positive review, because otherwise this place is a find. Hopefully they can get the bug issue contained, to allow people to fully enjoy what is otherwise a wonderful space.

Quiet with an amazing view

Property was located right on the chalk sound. Our room had was clean and private. The property had plenty of chairs and a dock with kayaks to use. We took a couple trips around the islands in the sound. The view from our room was spectacular and never got old. Definitely need to rent a car to navigate the island. This property was just down the road from 2 of the best beaches sopadilla and Taylor bay. Restaurants and food on the south of the island wasn’t as good as some of the northern areas but it was a pretty quick drive up to those places. I would absolutely go back and stay here.

A beautiful stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Four Breezes. The location on the sound was breathtaking. Sweeping morning views of the sun rising over the sound from both bed & having coffee on our balcony was lovely. Paddling around the sound, swimming off the dock, or down the street at one of the perfect beaches, hopping in the pool..visits with a sweet kitty (please feed her if you go!), and the unit itself was clean, pretty, spacious, well stocked, and perfectly quiet & relaxing. Would definitely go again!

You should book this now

Granted you are about 20 minutes from the touristy things, but if you want an incredible property and away from everyone, this is the absolute best. An amazing location without the traffic of the resort stayers.

Amazing trip to TCI

Our first international VRBO, we really loved the views! Sunrise every morning with our drinks on patio were amazing! The unit was very clean and was what we expected. We did not have a good Wi-Fi experience while staying there and the driveway entrance is very rocky. But overall it was nice and quiet with amazing views of the chalk sound.

Fantastic spot!

Absolutely loved staying here! The unit was pristine, and has everything you need. I opted to save some money on food (which can be expensive there) by buying groceries which working out perfectly. I really appreciated that the unit came with everything you need for a beach trip (beach towels and chairs), which was extremely convenient. I waffled a bit before booking this place because I couldn’t decide if I wanted to stay closer to town or some of the most popular beaches - being on the Sound ended up being a great choice because it was quiet, not a lot of tourists, and there were two beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive (Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches). I also agree with other reviewers saying it’s one of the few times where reality was better than the photos - it was stunning. I’ve been all over the world and this was one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. I definitely look forward to coming back here on my next trip to TCI.

The property is Beautiful, with the most amazing views. My only issue was the TV was to small. I believe a little bigger tv will be a great addition. And location it’s a little far from all the main attractions. But the overall experience is amazing.

A Dreamy Getaway

This spot was just perfect for my husband and I in every single way. From the cleanliness and efficiencies within the indoor living space to all the outdoor amenities (private balcony with chairs, grill, table down by pool and dock with lounge chairs and kayaks), it provided everything we were looking for and more! The warm breezes are amazing the the views from every angle and level and simply spectacular. We highly recommend this place for an enjoyable and romantic getaway, and we'll be back for sure!

Our stay was fantastic. It’s hard to see neighbors to left and right of the VRBO, which makes it feel private. Landscaping is typical of area with lots of crumbly rock. Room is spacious with dramatic vaulted ceilings. Stone tiles all around are practical and pleasing. Kitchenette was useable. Bathroom very clean and nice. Decor was sparse but we like that. Towels were good. Sheets were soft. Bed was lovely though mattress was too firm for us and we prefer a king size. No outlets near nightstands for our CPAP or phones so we temporarily moved furniture around. WiFi fine. We did not use tv. Hot water and water pressure only had to wait a few times to kick in. Pool is so pretty and clean with floaties ready. Covered pool bar and dining are nice. Dock deck is great for morning coffee and launching their kayaks. View from our balcony over the incredibly turquoise water of Chalk Sound and its many islands is truly stunning, but the deck chairs are too low to see over the balcony. Grill seemed handy but we did not use it. Sweet, beautiful cat hanging around. Admin was responsive to our needs. Expedia/VRBO app was not working for us to communicate with admin, that was very frustrating - I found a work-around on the website “contact the host” so all was well in the end.

I have overwhelmingly positive things to say. The property is set in paradise and let's you take in TCI at your own pace. You have beautiful views from the balcony and pool and the location was safe enough for me to feel comfortable running early morning. The communication and support was excellent and they went above and beyond for me and my family when we needed extra help.

Amazing 5 stars!

My fiancĂ© and I came for our honeymoon and we’re over the moon, lol, by this place. Our first time on TCI and we are so happy we chose to stay on Chalk Sound. The views here were unbeatable. We woke up to the sunrise every day. Absolutely loved taking the kayaks out a couple mornings and exploring the sound. We even saw a lemon shark briefly at the dock one day!! (Nothing to be afraid of). We felt very safe staying on the sound. We drove into Grace Bay and/or Bight area every day to eat/massages/snorkel tour/etc. Would love to come back!!

The first 3 days of stay we had no hot water in the shower. Although we had hot water I’m the sink. We alerted on-site grounds keeper Carl who told us the hot water heater feeding our apartment was broken and it will take a while to get a new one and replace it. He told us to run the water in the shower for a while before use so we can get water from a water heater for the other side of the building. He said he will bring in a plumber to fix the problem. By running the shower for a long time we were able to get barely lukewarm water. We never got any updates from Carl if the plumber came or if issue will be resolved. We inquired from him again and he told us to contact the owners because he “ doesn’t know anything.” We told him we can’t contact them because our app wasn’t working. During the last 2 days of our trip we met two couples from the rental opposite side of the building who told us they also don’t have any hot water. One of the days while taking a shower the water stopped running altogether. I went to Carl to inquire about it and he says he “will go to the street to check”. He never came back with an update. Water started running again but it was cold. I’m not a plumber but I don’t think plumbing works that when the hot water heater breaks it can start pulling water from a different water heater? As we found out the other side also didn’t have hot water in the shower but did in the sink. Who can figure out this puzzle? Carl was rude and uninterested in talking to us

Overall a great place!

Rental unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with beautiful views of Chalk Sound. Kayaking and swimming in the lagoon were l the highlights of our stay at this rental. My husband and I kayaked for hours everything morning in the calm beautiful lagoon. We had some issues on our first night. Luckily, it didn’t ruin our stay, but I just want to mention it here for anyone who rents it in the future. We couldn’t connect to WiFi. Long story, but When we finally did, it was almost nonexistent. We were only able to catch it at one corner in front of the bathroom 😂. AC didn’t work on our first night there, but luckily, it was fixed quickly after we reported it. Nevertheless, we had a great stay here. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful location on Chalk Sound

Beautiful location on Chalk Sound. Off the beat path in a residential area. The unit is a separate section of a large villa with its own separate entrance. It is a shared outdoor space..pool and dock but we only saw a person once when we first arrived. We kayaked to the islands and up and down the coast. We regret we didn't know there is a blue hole near the end of the sound (left from dock) that we found out about after we left. We used the pool and took a swim in the sound which was wonderful. Snorkeling there we only saw some small fish but still nice. The unit was great and as described. Loved having the gas grill and kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Bed was comfortable. One improvement would be an upholstered sofa but the one provided was adequate. The driveway is steep. You have to rent a car to say here. But you are only about 15-20 mins from most places. Taylor Beach which is a must see is only 5 mins away. Also Sapodilla Beach. Our preference was Taylor due to it being less crowded and no jet skis. If you snorkle be sure to go to Coral Gardens and Smith Reef. You snorkle right off the beach. Check out Grace Bay if you want a typical tourist beach with lots of people. Beware that driving in TCI is the wild west most of the times...like nothing we have ever experienced. It was a negative for that piece of our trip but the beautiful blue waters of the island are breath taking and something you wont see anywhere else! The price for paradise!

Great Stay

The Villa was beautiful, nothing beats that view from the balcony every morning. The area was quiet and peaceful, and it’s only minutes away from what we considered our favorite beach, Sapodilla Beach. A car rental is needed to travel Provos and have a great experience like we did!
