The Space:
Silly Creek Cottage is a 93 sqm | 1,001 sq ft waterfront property ideal for a small family, group of friends, and honeymooning couples to enjoy a tropical beach escape to Turks and Caicos! The property is situated so you’ll have views of Chalk Sound National Park’s beautiful lagoons to one side and the ocean to the other. You’ll be surrounded by unlimited natural beauty. Whether you’re an adventure-seeker or a seeker of peace and nature, you’ll have what you’re looking for.

This lovely cottage features a bright living area with a comfy sofa flanked by large windows with views of the ocean and the small peninsula of Silly Creek. It also has a flat-screen TV with a satellite television package with movies and a home theater system, making it a perfect spot to spend downtime moments.

For added convenience, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you’d need to prepare meals at home. To enjoy sit-down meals, there's a very stylish dining table in front of the window that comfortably seats 4 and invites everyone to enjoy mealtime together. There’s also a breakfast bar with 2 stools to grab a quick bite, to keep the cook company, or it can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, the bedroom offers a king bed adorned with quality linens and plush pillows. The room has direct access to the terrace, where you have phenomenal views of the lagoons, a table and chairs, and cushioned sun loungers. If you need to accommodate 1 or 2 more guests, the sofa in the living room can pull out to a queen bed.

Follow the path that leads to the water’s edge, where you can enjoy the private outdoor shower, shipwreck deck, a couple of sun loungers, and a tiny beach! It's too shallow to swim here, it’s only for enjoying the sights and sounds, but you can kayak and paddleboard out if you’d like! Both items can be found on the side of the home. (please note: the little beach disappears at high tide, but you can access other private and secluded beaches, accessible by kayak if you get out and explore that way!)

Getting Around:
The home is 9.9 km | 6.2 mi from Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- This area of Chalk Sound is just a bit off the beaten path, located in a peaceful national park. You’ll need to drive to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions on the island.
- Pets are not allowed.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

The property is self-check-in using a key. We will provide check-in information before your arrival.
