Villa Hawksbill

This villa is an 8 bedroom Caribbean estate home spread across a number of separate buildings throughout the 5+ acre site. It can also be combined with the 2 bedroom Beach House property next door to provide 10 bedrooms in total.
 
Designed as a multi-generational Caribbean retreat for its owners and their family it has a contemporary Caribbean design language that is both transitional and responsive to its clients individual personalities.

Design Features:
The main house accommodates a beautiful, stately Great Room with unrivalled views over Grace Bay. A separate family space houses games, a big screen TV and access to 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 of which have ocean views and 2 are set up as ‘kids rooms’. Head upstairs via a cantilevered walnut staircase projecting from a native stone wall to find a stunning master suite with fully pocketing doors and ocean views at every turn.
 
The kitchen and screened terrace open towards the oversized pool and lap pool, hot tub, fire pit and extensive stone terrace. On the opposite side of the pool from the main house stands another master suite for ultimate privacy. It boasts double shower with views to the ocean and an additional generous private bathing courtyard. An elevated 2 bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sit behind the main house and has ocean views. A 2 bedroom refurbished beach house can complete the estates’ living accommodation.

For guests with a sporting appetite there is a Gym, floodlit all weather floodlit tennis court and ½ court basketball near the entrance to the property.

There are also paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment for the watersports enthusiast and a private dock allows guests to be picked up for boat excursions.
