This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a sofa bed to sleep up to 5. Walk out from the beautiful sliding glass floor to ceiling doors to the beach. Step back for your rum punch and go back to the beach. The sound of the gentle waves against the powdery white sand, the rustle of the palm fronds, and the tropical breezes will lull you to doze off and unwind. It is that close. A stepping stone path leads directly from the large private patio to the sugar white sand and stunning turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea, the perfect place to relax on one of the best ranked beaches worldwide.

Stepping into this easy and comfortable condo you will be immediately taken with the stunning view of the turquoise water before you even shut the front door. It is amazing. A large, beach reading library, perfect comfy chairs to snuggle up with a good book and a fully equipped kitchen await you. Don’t want to cook while on vacation? Go to the on-property pool bar for food or stroll down the beach for a lobster dinner, or fish tacos and pina coladas and watch the sunset! It really couldn’t be easier.

Unit 102 is perfect for a one person get away, a couple in search of romance and relaxation, or family and friends. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom/walk in shower. A second bedroom also has a king bed. For an additional charge, another guest can sleep on the living room sofa bed (or complimentary roll away bed).

The villa has an Italian marble floor, granite countertops, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout and comes fully equipped. Amenities include cable television in living room and bedrooms, washer/dryer and comfortable high-end furnishings.

This spacious and luxurious oceanfront villa is located in the heart of Grace Bay, Providenciales, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The finest shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are just up the street - no car is needed. Yet, at Villa Renaissance, it is quiet and calming. The nearby Spa's can provide you with a massage the day you get there or work it out on the tennis/pickle ball courts, lap pool, or fitness centre. Want to explore? Go diving at “the wall” – a coral reef surrounds the island – and see some of the world’s best undersea magnificence. Paddle board to Iguana Island, go for a sunset booze cruise, island hopping, or sail. The boats will pick you up right in front of Villa Renaissance - on the beach.

The services included are full use of pool and beach loungers, umbrellas and towels, guest lounge, pool, whirlpool, tennis court and fitness centre. Secure WIFI is in the villa, on the beach, and by the pool. Take a spin around the island on our complimentary bicycles! Tennis rackets, a cell phone and daily housekeeping and concierge services are also provided and are always on-hand to take care of any special needs. Access to the property is easy, just a 15-minute trip from Providenciales International Airport.

Villa Renaissance is a smoke free property. Please refrain from smoking in the villas, on the balconies, at the pool or anywhere else on the property. Smoking is allowed on the beach and in the Villa Renaissance parking lot. Your cooperation is most appreciated.
Hours and Terms For Every Day Use of Amenities/Common Property: the lobby area, owner/guest lounge, fitness centre, pool, hot tub and tennis courts are open daily between 6am and 10pm. No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool/whirlpool deck. The pool deck area is intended to be a peaceful relaxation area for owners and guests. With respect to all of the above and the common property, there shall be no running, no roughhousing, no diving, no yelling and no music other than with headphones. Please refrain from hanging anything on the balcony railings.

In addition, the hot tub rules provide that no children under 5 are permitted in the hot tub and children under 16 shall be supervised by an adult at all times while using the hot tub. The hot tub and pool close at 10pm and our security guards have been instructed to enforce this rule.
