In addition to the full condo, you'll have access to the pool with lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill. The pool is professionally maintained and shared with the other two condos in our building. You will also have your private front patio with a table and chairs for dining or socializing. The condo comes with one driveway parking space.

After a relaxing afternoon of sailing or whale watching, return to land to explore nearby Commercial Street. Spend leisurely evenings strolling along the boardwalk, shopping at the many independent stores and art galleries or dining at one of the delicious waterfront restaurants, where you can bask in the panoramic bay views.

Further, relish in the nautical Ptown experience by visiting all the local favorites. Grab a bite to eat at Joe Coffee & Cafe, just around the corner from the condo.

Take a walk through history by visiting the nearby Pilgrim Monument - dedicated in 1910 to commemorate the first landing of the Pilgrims in 1620. From here, adventure down MacMillan Pier to the Whydah Pirate Shipwreck Museum, where you will touch and see 300-year-old pirate coins, Akan gold jewelry, rare navigation instruments, pirate pistols and more!

Don't forget your dancing shoes - Be sure to stop by the world famous Boatslip Resort, home to Provincetown's largest tea dance. Every afternoon, dance your heart out at this iconic gay and lesbian resort to some of the hottest DJs in dance music.

You have a dedicated driveway parking space but with this condo you can walk anywhere because its location is in the middle of everything. Just at the end of the street is Commercial St and the Boatslip Resort & Beach Club.

- Please note that this unit is 1 of 3 in the house, so there may be other travelers on site during your stay. The pool is shared with all three units and is open Memorial Day through early October.
- Dog friendly with $100 per stay fee (maximum 1 dog allowed, 40-pound weight limit, no cats).
