Nestled in the quaint and historic Joaquin neighborhood, this charming 1-bedroom retreat is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet. You’ll be just a short walk from BYU, downtown Provo, parks, cafés, and local favorites.
Our priority is to provide guests with cleanliness, comfort, and simplicity — all wrapped in a cozy, storybook atmosphere.
This is a completely private lower-level apartment with its own separate entrance.
