Welcome to the Tropical Hacienda in Puerto Aventuras, a standout in Riviera Maya's exclusive enclave. This 5-bedroom villa effortlessly sits on a golf course, moments away from the marina's vibrancy and gastronomic delights. Tailored for 12 guests, it's a seamless blend of contemporary elegance and hacienda authenticity.

As you enter its striking entrance, you're embraced by a spacious living room with vistas of tropical foliage and a mesmerizing pool. Entertaining becomes art with a kitchen adorned in granite, a prep island, a breakfast bar, and exquisite cabinetry. Dine indoors for ten or bask in the outdoors.

Accommodations include a ground-floor king bedroom (en suite) and upstairs, a collection of beautifully curated bedrooms, all boasting private bathrooms. Among these, three have king beds, and another sports two queen beds.

This description of this house was accurate and our family had a wonderful week! Plenty of space to be together and also to have privacy as well. Scott was very responsive and answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs. The cleaners were very thorough and considerate. The pool was lovely, our grandchildren loved it. Would come back if the opportunity arose!

Everything in the kitchen was great
we never did figure out the blue tooth music system but that’s probably a me problem
the ladies cleaned the house daily other than sundays..we are not a messy crew but this meant that the place was spotless
it was cool at night 18-20 Celsius so I turn the pool was not warm
if I had a complaint it would be a cold pool which are first world problems

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Cleaning and pool service was top notch! Can’t think of anything I would change. I do wish I knew more about the tipping ahead of time. We tipped them as a group instead of individually. They were all so friendly! Scott was great and checked in on us. Make sure and pack the mosquito repellent!

We would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. There was plenty of room for our family party of nine to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed the pool, especially our 4 year old grandson. It was close to restaurants and gelato shops, and stores, yet it felt like a quiet haven.The cleaning ladies were amazing, and Scott made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you for the amazing vacation home!

Great home in a great location

Beautiful house with lots of room to hang out or have some privacy if you so choose. We traveled with a group of 8 adults, 3 couples and 2 single people so we all had our own bedrooms which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.The house is located in a great location so you can walk to all the restaurants and other attractions.We had a little problem one morning with the AC in one of the bedrooms, so I let Scott the house manager know and he immediately came over and got a crew to install a brand new unit which they had up and running the same day. Scott also was very attentive to all our needs texting us often to see if we needed anything or if he or his staff could be of assistance.So I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting PA who wants a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, you wont be disappointed.

Memories

I brought my husband's kids and their significant others and grandkids because I wanted them to see where we spent soooo much time and have so many memories in PA. I was disappointed that the "Beach Club" was in the process of renovation and name change because that entire area was where we spent so much time but we still enjoyed our time there and made new memories of our own. The house staff, concierge and maintenance staff were all at the ready to help with anything we needed.Thank you for helping me realize this dream.

Amazing holiday!

The villa was as advertised and communication with Scott was brilliant. The area behind the pool towards the golf course has still water so lots of mosquitoes so recommend deterrents when sat outside as is great to BBQ and sit at night. The resort is fantastic and has a great beach, restaurants and bars. 3 of our group even got a holiday tatoo on site! We hired cars and travelled around the riviera maya and even to Chichen Itza. A great holiday, hope to be back one day!

Hacienda Las Palmas-Beautiful!

Overall, a wonderful stay & would definitely stay there again, if in need of that much space(we had our 4 adult kids & one girlfriend join us). The 4 rating for cleanliness, wasn't about it being clean. There was a bit of yard debris that needed cleaning up, burnt out light bulbs, that sort of thing, but Scott, the property manager wad just wonderful about getting any issues addressed promptly. And he checked in regularly to follow up & just to ask if we needed anything. The 2 cleaning ladies, that came daily 6 daus a week, were wonderful & also Sammy, the pool/ yard guy. The property is true to the ad and just a really beautiful home, a definite 10 out of 10! Grocery shopping is a 5 minute drive & the kitchen is very well equipped, as we did a lot of cooking with all our kids down. We 100% recommend this hone as a terrific vacation getaway. 😄👍👍

Excellent Stay

Beautiful property, our family of 6 adults loved our 2 weeks in this gorgeous house. We had excellent communication with the Host, who was friendly and helpful. He answered any questions immediately and popped in when needed. The house is very well kept by the housekeepers (who were so friendly) and the towels and sheets were changed as needed. The private pool was fabulous and was always clean . The BBQ in the out door area worked great as did all the indoor appliances. The biggest treat was the location , the house is very close to the center of PA which meant we could walk anywhere. We loved the gated community . We would definetly rent this again. No complaints

Beautiful House and Great Hospitality

We stayed here with our 5 kids and absolutely loved the gated community, close walking distance to the dolphins and restaurants. We also loved the privacy of the pool. The cleaning staff and hosts were excellet and made sure that our every need was taken care of as well as providing good advice for attractions and navigating the area.
