Aventura ist eine neu renovierte Strand Wohnung, die 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder hat - das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und Bad, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, eigenem Eingang und eigenem Bad. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen Kamin (selbst mitbringen Holz oder Brennholz). Zu weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören WLAN-Internetanschluss und Vonage-Telefon-Service, zentrale A / C, Satelliten-TV, eingebauten Holzkohlegrill, eine Strand Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Garage für zwei Autos. Eigentümer fordert Kein Rauchen im Haus und keine Haustiere. Bettwäsche und ein Satz Handtücher werden gestellt. 2 Nächte Minimum während der Woche; An Wochenenden im März, April, Mai, Juni und Oktober und alle Unterkünfte 3-night minimum

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was not newly remodeled as in dicated on the website. If you enjoy family time in the evening this is not for you. Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.
