Aventura ist eine neu renovierte Strand Wohnung, die 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder hat - das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und Bad, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, eigenem Eingang und eigenem Bad. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen Kamin (selbst mitbringen Holz oder Brennholz). Zu weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören WLAN-Internetanschluss und Vonage-Telefon-Service, zentrale A / C, Satelliten-TV, eingebauten Holzkohlegrill, eine Strand Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Garage für zwei Autos. Eigentümer fordert Kein Rauchen im Haus und keine Haustiere. Bettwäsche und ein Satz Handtücher werden gestellt. 2 Nächte Minimum während der Woche; An Wochenenden im März, April, Mai, Juni und Oktober und alle Unterkünfte 3-night minimum

The rooms were perfect. Clean and very spacious. The beach is right out the door. Very pet friendly. Enjoyed nights on the porch. Plenty of room in the garage. Felt very safe and secure.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row. Staying for 6 or more nights each stay. Very disappointed to see the same old run down couch. Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a Greta place to take the family. Was about 10 doors down from mannys, and the water was out tje back door. Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.
