Campbell's House is a beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath split floor plan, that sleeps up to 9 people total, this home is located in the second row in the beautiful Las Conchas private community, Both master bedrooms have ocean views, Master bedroom#1 on West side has a King bed with shared full bathroom with bedroom#2 which consists of a bunk bed with twin over full and a separate twin bed, bedroom#3 has two queen beds , private entrance to full bathroom shared with bedroom#4 which has a King bed (both bathrooms have access from hallways for back bedrooms/living area). Campbell's house is only few steps to the beach with parking for 4 cars. Enjoy this beautiful home with a furnished Margarita deck with breathtaking views of the ocean and amazing colorful sunsets, fully equipped kitchen(excluding dishwasher), blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and 5 gallon purified water jug provided. Sheets, towels and soap provided, Central heat and A/C, ceiling fans in all rooms, parking for 4 cars .





Minimum stay is 2 nights , except on holidays where 3 night minimum is required.
