The Sky is the youngest of the Sonoran properties, one of the smallest developments on Sandy Beach, and has it all. Whatever you need it is easy to find at the Sky. Delight your palette at the on premise 5 Star Restaurant - Cielito Lindo, the Karaoke Bar, or swim up Tiki Bar off the heated pool. The Sky has 4 pools (a negative edge, waterslide, kids pool, and heated pool with Tiki Bar. Warm up in one of the 3 community jacuzzis. Gather with friends and family to grill while the kids enjoy the playground, enjoy a couple's massage or pedicure with Ocean Views at the Spa on the 2nd Floor, Exercise in the Gym, or Play a friendly game of Volleyball. If you forgot something - chances are you can find it at the convenient store on site.

The Sky is often a wedding, birthday and event destination hot spot on Sandy Beach. There are meeting rooms on the 2nd floor or host your gathering right on the private beach. For less formal events the 3rd floor features grills, tables and a play ground structure. The Sky is one of the smallest developments on Sandy Beach - enabling ease of access to enjoy the many amenities in serenity without all the crowds of the larger locations.

The Sky 201 features many unique one of a kind upgrades. As a former Sonoran Developer's model, it was used for celebrities, VIP Clients and Company events - not for rent to the public. The Sky 201 has been upgraded to include some very unique luxuries and has 3400 square feet.

Sky 201 features 3 Chandeliers made of hand blown glass, custom lighting, and highlights designer furniture and bar. The hallway and master have custom artwork with LED highlighted lights. There are 70 inch Smart TVs with WIFI in each bedroom and great room to entertain the smallest guests or catch your favorite team/show. If Mixology is your thing - there is a custom one of a kind bar with separate sink, beverage refrigerator, and 3 additional bar stools for entertaining. It also has an ice maker, blender and shaker in the unit.

An Epicureans Dream - The Dining Room table is custom marble with removable center table. Both Elegant and practical for entertaining. The kitchen has 2 sinks, an island, wine refrigerator, stainless steal appliances, garbage disposal and all the comforts of home. It comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, lobster pot, ice maker, baking/cooking dishes and too many items to list. Even the pickiest of chef's will enjoy cooking in this spacious kitchen.

180 Degree Breathtaking views from the balcony of Old Port, the Sea of Cortez, and the Sky Private Beach. The 1100+ square foot wrap around deck connects the two master suites. It features a table for 8 - great for eating or playing games, lounge chairs, and a day bed. The 4 panel gliding panoramic doors open all the way up to extend the balcony into the living areas to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Each of the 2 master suites has their own private door to the patio and views of the Ocean.

The Sky 201 features dual master suites. Each master suite has own private shower with glass doors, jacuzzi tub, custom closets, and dual sinks. They both have king size beds, comfortable bedding, pillows, and fine linen. The 3rd bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and shower with a large custom closet. The 4th room/Office is set up for those wanting to have the remote work from home lifestyle. It features a sleeper sofa, desk, books, games, and chairs. There is high speed wifi in the condo that can easily be joined with a QR code.

Sleep soundly in paradise with 24x7 security. There are guards and cameras that surveil the public premises and entry ways. The Sky 201 has been upgraded with combo smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire escape ladder, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, keyless entry and many safety features.

The laundry room is fully stocked with a front loader washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, pool towels, boogie boards, volley ball, life jackets, and sand toys.

*There are grills on the 3rd floor with the playground equipment. Charcoal can be purchased in the gift shop.
