Good to Know: We live in town and are always here to help if you need anything. Casa Blanca offers ample parking next to the secure gate with camera surveillance. You`ll receive easy self check-in instructions.
All guests must follow HOA Rules and Regulations Casa Blanca Golf Villas Rental Policy Rules and Regulations All renters and guests must wear Resort wristbands at all times during their stay. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 guests and is limited to the number of persons in the confirmed reservation. Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. You must report any damages to the Host no later than departure. Quiet time is from 10 AM to 10 PM. Pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Removal of occupants for cause by the owner, Host or the HOA will NOT receive a refund of unused rental, cleaning fee. Maximum three vehicles , including cars, trucks, ATV, trailers, cars must display sticker or rental pass. No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing. Do not use the elevator when wet. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool or golf course area. BBQ areas are to be shared, cleaned after use, and propane tanks turned off after use. No charcoal grills are allowed on the patios. Trash must be taken to garbage containers. Music is to be heard only in the immediate area and is not to disturb other persons. All directions from security staff or HOA Mgmt. must be followed. CB Golf Villas are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injuries. In Golf Course only “putter” should be used and children must be accompanied by adults.
