Could not get a timely response from host to save my life. Asked about early check in 3 times and got a response to check back closer and when I did, no response. I got zero check in instructions despite messaging for it. Had to wait until we got to the resort to ask about check in. The tv came with zero instructions and we had to wait for a maintenance man to come who had car trouble delaying our day.Place was clean but beware it is very bare bones. No information on how to connect to the WiFi either an had to call up for that as well. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom for a house that sleeps 12. One roll of paper towels for the kitchen and 2 trash bags. One of the full beds in the bedroom off the Jack and Jill bathroom is lopsided and is so uncomfortable. Everyone complained about the paper thin pillows as well. The craziest thing is the sectional sofa. It is not attached to the other pieces and slides around. Don’t sit in a crack or you will fall through to the floor. It is also very old and worn out and gross looking. The owners of this place definitely do nothing to make it homey or comfortable - just barely livable furniture and the absolute bare minimum to rent this place. Compared to our fiends who stayed in Villa 8 which is so much nicer, ours looked like someone just thee random old furniture in it. Would not stay in this Villa for the price again unless they got some new furniture and add some helpful information for guests.

Property was more than expected.

The propeety exceeded our expextations. It did lack kitchen stuff, cooking bowls, and cooking pans. But we managed. It did require a lot of maintenace calls, but the maintenace staff was quick to fix. We are definetely coming back.The propeety exceeded our expextations. Great view and location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palmas resort. The villa was very spacious and better than the pictures. I was concerned that the adult pool being right outside our door might be a little noisy, but not a problem what so ever. It was nice to be able to walk a few feet to the sunken pool bar for a drink during happy hour. We would definitely stay again.

I really wanted to love it.

My family and I have taken many trips to Puerto Peñasco and have always enjoyed it very much. We always had a great memorable experiences with our stays at different properties, but this was not one. It’s was our first time staying at this property and we were definitely looking forward to trying a new place. Although the Villa is beautiful, accommodating due to its size, and great location and easy access to beach which are all the pros
. Let me tell you this place definitely needs some Major love and care. First I would like to mention furniture is very dated and beds, sofa are extremely uncomfortable it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Be prepared to pack many of your own needs, the villa is not stock with many of your vacation home essentials. Just to mention a few
 toilet paper yes only one out all the restrooms had one roll, paper towels, no trash bags, no dish soap or scrub, no baking sheets, no table spices, oil, coffee filters, very minimal dishes. So if you expecting to get a fully equipped home with all you necessities not here, just be prepared to go out and purchase almost everything you need down to a good knife to prepare your meals. Lastly, I gotta say as beautiful as the location is and the convenience of the Pool and beach nearby it is not worth it if your going in large groups or kids. Security made it impossible to have fun
 they came over about 2 times while we were grilling to ask to turn off music and change music and that was between 7-8pm and not loud at all. Pool closes at 10 pm and pretty much expect everyone to be in bed by then because they shut down the whole area, we were asked once again by security to wrap it up while were sitting on the patio table conversating (no music). Apparently we couldn’t be on the terrace either security told us to come down. Oh and about the terrace
 such a beautiful view it would be nice to have some tanning chairs or anything
 you will look around and notice every other villa has a really nice relaxing setup for their terrace. It’s completely bare at this Villa. Like I said I really wanted to love it because it looked very beautiful but for us it was not worth the hassle so if you can look past all that or at least prepare for the few things I mentioned you will be good. Personally we would not be coming back to this Property, I really hope they improve some.

Very clean and fast access to the beach.

It was fast easy to book in and find the place. The people at the counter are helpful and friendly. The house is big and very clean. Has yard to grill and to seat, very easy access to the beach and pool.
