"Urban loft at the beach" is the best description of Suite Margarita. We have designed the space thinking of your comfort, as you were at home, equiped with everything you may need to spend som wonderful days at our beautiful Puerto Vallarta. This spaced is perfect if you plan to rest or to work. Comfortable bedroom with mountain view and a spacious bathroom.
Best location: 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the airport, and only an 8 minute walk to get to the beach.
The view from the rooftop pool is priceless. Most amazing sunsets.
The building has its own surveillance all 24H.
Health measures have been set to take care of you and your family.

Property was good in general! Located quite close to a street with tons of street food. It's about 100-200 mxn dollars to uber to romantica zone. We mainly had issues with the showers. When we showered for more than 10 minutes, we experience only cold water. We would see that the flame in the heater would be out. If we run the water again, it would give us hot water for like 2 minutes then go out again. Other than that, everything was good.

Well equipped spacious suite

We had an excellent stay in the Margarita suite. The kitchen was well equipped, as we make protein smoothies every morning. The tie on wrist bands required to enter the complex were too small and kept falling off me, and the expanding bands to access the pool and common areas wouldn’t fit over my hand, but the guards just let me attach it to my bag. Other than that, all went very smoothly, and Anjuli was very responsive for questions we had.

My husband and I just came back from Puerto Vallarta and miss Andjuli’s place already! So easy to find and when we first got there had the most amazing sunset from the rooftop pool!Super comfortable bed and very well appointed condo from kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies, although we could not get enough of the amazing pool. A nice new suite, centrally located, and hosted by a kind, friendly, and welcoming hostess. I would love to come again. The roof top is utterly breathtaking, with sunsets over the city and ocean every night.

Perfect oasis for rest and relaxation

From the time we entered, we were welcomed by a beautiful oasis. This beautiful gem is exactly what we needed for a much-needed getaway! ❀ With the convenience of being so close to everything! Anjuli thought of everything from all the kitchen needs, to beach accessories, etc
 The rooftop pool we were awestruck! We could watch the gorgeous sunsets and see the cruise ships come and go while swimming in the infinity pool! ❀ Anjuli went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! She was the utmost generous host! So kind and attentive. 🙏 We could go on and on about our stay at Suite Margarita we will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful get away you will love this one!! ❀

Amazing condo, unfortunate construction next door

This condo is stunning. The whole building has fantastic amenities especially the roof top pool (the water was the perfect temperature for day or evening swims), and the security guards were so lovely. There’s a grocery store within walking distance and the beach is less than a 10 min walk away. The only complaint I would have about this place is something completely out of the owner’s control. They are in the midst of building a large condo building next door which is right outside the windows (feels like you could reach out and touch it). It completely blocks what would be the mountain views (seen in the ad photos) and affects how much sun comes into the condo during the day. The construction work was also quite loud even with the windows closed. Aside from that we had an amazing stay here. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and replies quickly.

The pool and the view at the top was awesome.. The apartment was cozy but very clean and well equipped. Great Condo - Great Owner

Loved this property and the value offered. We used the roof top infinity pool every day - and loved it ! You’ll not find a better place to view the incredible PV sunsets than the rooftop deck. Access to the unit and the building was easy, communications with the owner was seamless and he was very accommodating to any requests we had. We arrived to a couple of beers, a bottle of sparkly and some sweet treats - a nice touch đŸ»! AC was great, internet was fast, property was super safe ! Couldn’t ask for more. The units proximity to grocery etc is excellent ! The owner provided some great recommendations for food and drink. Loved the bkfst place he recommended (Cafe+ Leche) 👍 Thank-You - we’ll definitely reach out the next time we’re in PV. We may even look to own 1 of the units in Zoho City.

Best stay in PV

This condo is in a perfect location. Away from the noise and bustle of Old Town yet easy transport downtown or to areas north of Puerto Vallarta. Taxis plentiful and not too expensive — busses even better to experience authentic Mexico. The owner is great to communicate and has thought of everything in the condo for a pleasant stay. Washing machine a bonus. Heater rooftop pool amazing. Would return for sure.

Perfect condo

We stayed at Suite Margarita for 1 month and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Groceries, restaurant, market, Walmart, Marina are very close. The condo is equipped with all you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Towels, beach towels. Lots of storage for clothes, and a safe is included. The kitchen is very well equipped. They even have plastic containers for leftovers. They provide yoga mats, chairs and umbrella for the the beach. The beach is across the street. The roof garden is perfect. The host always responded fast to our questions or requests. Good security personnel
