Our Family Vacation home is an ideal family vacation retreat. Offering accommodations to a large family of up to 10 guest.
Located ocean frontage 10 miles south of down town Puerto Vallarta Romantic Zone. We are 30 to 45 minute drive south of the Puerto Vallarta Airport.
Located near the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan, an ideal location for those that wish to get away from the crowd, traffic, and high rise resort buildings of the Puerto Vallarta tourist area, but also have the convenience of a short drive into downtown Puerto Vallarta. Located next to a beautiful hiking trail that takes you along the ocean to some of the most beautiful and unexplored beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Also located 4 miles from the Botanical Gardens and 4 miles from the Puerto Vallarta Zoo. Local boat taxies take clients to beaches along the coast and villages that are not accessible by vehicles. Our guest have private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan
Public transportation buses available every 15 minutes from 6 in the morning until 11 in the evening, takes guest into downtown Puerto Vallarta Romantic Zone.
The guest have the use of two large swimming pools, and jacuzzi, parking, elevator, and gardens.




Bedroom #1 is a beautiful suite overlooking the court yard, the gardens, with view of the impressive 60 foot high waterfall. The suite has one king size bed and one queen size sofa bed. A wonderful sitting area with views of the courtyard and gardens. A study desk with an area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Large wall mounted television with StarLink wifi internet. With a cosy and private bathroom offering a shower and a jetted tub. Furnished with elegance and luxury furniture , with wall to ceiling sliding glass widows and beautiful window curtains.

Bedroom #2 is also a beautiful suite and offers a full kitchen, with double door refrigerator , gas stove with oven and microwave, double kitchen sink and plenty of pantry space. The kitchen has a dining island ideal for breakfast or entertaining while meal preparations . The kitchen offers rap around windows that provide a panoramic view of the forest, ocean and beach. Next to the kitchen is an outside terrace for dinning and lounging.The terrace provides unparalleled panoramic views of the ocean, forest, beach, sunrise, and sunsets.
The suite has one king size bed and one queen size sofa bed. Large wall mounted television with StarLink wife internet. With a cosy and private bathroom offering a shower and a jetted tub.

Bedroom #3 is a beautiful large bedroom also offering a full kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor terrace with sunset and beach views. The large bedroom has one king-size bed and one Queen-size bed and a sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV., and 2 air conditioners. With a cosy and private bathroom offering a shower and closet. The kitchen has a dining island ideal for breakfast or entertaining while meal preparations . Next to the kitchen is an outside terrace that provides unparalleled panoramic views of the ocean, forest, beach, sunrise, and sunsets. the kitchen also has purified bottle water, refrigerator, stove, oven and micro-wave, toaster, blender and all of the necessities for meal preparations.
