This unit has two double beds, a TV, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The full bathroom has hot and cold water. It has a sofa bed facing the balcony, blackout curtains, and a coffee table.

Direct access to the beach. Use of the pool, lounge chairs, and towels is permitted.

OCCUPANCY:
Maximum capacity: 4 adults in double beds and up to 2 children on the sofa bed, or 2 adults and up to 4 children (ages 3-12).

EXCELLENT LOCATION:
The condo is next to "La Isla," restaurants such as Campomar, La Dolce, La Vaca Argentina, and Porfirio's, as well as affordable options such as Cine VIP, and supermarkets such as Walmart, Chedraui, and Costco are 5 minutes away.

FACILITIES:
This condo shares facilities with a hotel. Your apartment rental includes use of the pool, lounge chairs, pool towels, outdoor showers, and direct access to the beach. (Hours are 8 a.m.-8 p.m.)

For your security, you will be given a bracelet that identifies you as a guest upon check-in.

You will be asked for ID and a credit card, and bracelets will be provided to you and your companions (a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children ages 3-12).

This bracelet identifies you as exclusive users of the pool, lounge chairs, towels, and beach showers. Food and drinks are NOT INCLUDED.

An additional intermediate cleaning fee of $30 USD is payable at reception.

FULL DAY PASS:
If you decide to add food and beverages, we have a special price for you: $82 USD per adult and $50 USD per child (ages 3-12).

The FULL DAY PASS includes food and beverages from the ocean-view buffet restaurant, the poolside à la carte restaurant, the Mexican and Italian restaurants, and the snack bar, during the hours established by the hotel.

In the lobby, you'll find gift shops, convenience stores, and an ATM, so you'll have everything you need during your stay.

The following rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests and to ensure a respectful and enjoyable stay. We greatly value peace and respect for everyone's space.

1. Reservation Information:
Before your arrival, please read all information related to your reservation in the listing description, including house rules, check-in methods, location, etc.

2. Hours:
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Lobby: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Host available: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Pool: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Beach: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (or until sunset)

3.Communication:
Communication will be conducted exclusively through the palatform's direct messaging service and is intended solely for administrative matters, modifications, or information about your reservation. Please note that messages are answered on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Services and Amenities:
• The condo rental INCLUDES pool access, lounge chairs, and pool towels. Food and beverages are not included.
• Direct access to the beach during the above-mentioned times.
• A maximum of 4 bracelets are issued for adults and 2 bracelets for children (ages 3-12) for use of the pool and lounge chairs.
• If 1-2 additional bracelets are required, they will have an extra cost.
• We are two separate properties: the condominium where you are staying and the resort that offers access to the pool and lounge chairs. You must respect the rules and hours of both locations.

5. Food and Beverage Restrictions:
• The hotel does NOT allow food or coolers in its common areas.
• Optional: You can purchase a Day Pass to access the hotel's bars and restaurants. Ask your host about the current promotion.
• Note: There are no cash or card payments in the hotel's common areas.

6. Lounge Chairs and Access:

• Check-in: Check-in is in the Lobby starting at 3:00 PM. Security guards are instructed to grant access after that time.

Rooms are being cleaned between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, so guests cannot be accommodated during these hours. If you need to arrive earlier, please inquire about the Early Check-in option.

• Early Check-in (optional): If you wish to check in early, it is available for an additional fee. This option includes buffet breakfast for all occupants and access to the pool until your room is delivered, available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Ask your host about the current promotion.

• Late Check-out: Not available.

• Reserving lounge chairs is not permitted.

Children's Water Park Access
Children's water park access costs $3 per day. To access the park, the following conditions must be met:
1. It is mandatory that one or both parents or guardians be present and supervising children at ALL times within the water park area. 2. Opening hours: 12pm - 5pm
3. Children must wear appropriate diapers for use in the pool
4. These can be hired in the hotel lobby

7. Lost Keys or Bracelets:
The loss of keys, bracelets, or any other inventory item will incur a penalty. Please be sure to return all items upon checkout to avoid additional charges or delay your departure.

8. Important Information about Special Conditions:
If any person in your party has special conditions or specific needs, we ask that you inform us at check-in to ensure their comfort and well-being during their stay.
