Pool are under construction

We had a wonderful stay even though the area around the pool outside our patio was under construction and we weren’t able to use it. We were able to use the 2nd pool in front of the next condo. Everyone was very accommodating and we once again had an enjoyable stay. This was our 2nd visit and we highly recommend it!

Excellent location & the best beach!

We stayed at Sarah's condo for two month in the summer. Absolutely loved the location and the beach. Office people and security guards are very friendly and helpful. We liked the ground level because it was so easy to get to the pool and beach. The condo is in a very good condition, we liked the size of the rooms and the kitchen. Sarah (the owner) was very helpful with any questions. We highly recommend this condo for couple or family with kids.

Best Beach

Best accommodations on the best beach with the best host. The condo is well taken care of and the owner is continually making sure all is ok. Sarah gave us very helpful information on the condo, the surrounding area, and the local transportation. The condo is spacious with good lighting. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The condo is on the bottom floor which we loved. If the sliding door is open, you will hear noise from the pool but it is “happy noise”. There is a restaurant next door, bus to go to Puerto Vallarta is across the street and taxis are readily available in front of the building. We loved our stay and will be back.

Great location to experience Puerto Vallarta

This property is exactly as described, although photos don’t do justice to the natural beauty of the area. This first floor unit is steps from the pool and beach. There is 24 hour security and the complex is very quiet. The condominium appears to be very well managed and the registration staff were very helpful and responsive. Taxis were literally one minute away and it was easy to get downtown and points south of the complex. The owner is most helpful and responsive
there was an issue with the lock on one of the patio doors and a workman showed up the next morning to repair it. The owner also provides detailed information regarding checkin, condo rules and places of interest nearby including sight-seeing and restaurants. We are hoping to return next year as this was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo next to the pool and playa

What a great place to stay. Beach is a one minute walk from the condo and the pool is right outside the door. Fantastic location. When our flight was cancelled the host was able work with us. Great communication.

Wonderful Place to stay

Sarah's condo is truly amazing in so many ways. Assess to the pool and beach are right outside the door. Staff is friendly and helpful if you have any needs. Service is prompt. Sarah is super. She quickly answers emails if you have any questions. Before arriving Sarah gives you all kinds of information about the condo and surrounding area including a list of recommended restaurants which was very helpful. I was most impressed about how clean and how well supplied the condo is. Sarah does everything possible to make sure your stay is pleasant. She is a wonderful host and a pleasure to work with. I recommend staying here.

The perfect property!

This property is fantastic, especially for families with kids! Being right off the pool made our lives so much easier. There’s not much of a view from inside the condo, but as soon as you step off the porch, the pool is right there and the beach and ocean just beyond. The condo is very well stocked (lots of towels, sand toys, boogie boards, life jackets, etc.) and was nice and clean and ready for us when we got there. Sarah was always very speedy with getting back to me and accommodating with early/late check in/out. We could not have asked for a better experience! We hope to go back soon!

Paradise at Playas Gemeles

We had a wonderful host, very helpful and most accommodating with any need. The property was nothing short of amazing. The location was incredible. The beach was beautiful, not crowded at all. The water was clear clean as was everything. The property security and maintenance staff were so helpful. The front desk was very helpful for questions , needs that arose. Everyone was so friendly. The Condo itself could not have been better. Very spacious, fulfilled all our requirements and needs. We were located directly by the pool with direct access to pool and beach. Open the doors to the unit and the crashing waves seemed to be within steps... Gardens around the complex were very nice, lots of colors, lots of flowers, saw some beautiful birds, a couple of Iguanas ... The pool is well kept and served the purpose for adults as well as children, built to overlook the beach and a perfect spot to watch the sunset...

Lovely place to call home

Excellent sparkling clean place. Spacious and located on a fantastic beach great for swimming. Good restaurant on the water next door. Large swimming pool. Groceries available walking distance. Great for a family of 4.

Accurate description of property!

Location is further south of PV that we have stayed in the past, yet bus is right out front and a 20 minute ride to downtown. There is a restaurant next door that has music 2 nights per week; also a small convenience store at that condo. Our condo was very spacious: HUGE bedrooms. Kitchen has all the dishware and cookware needed. Washer and dryer in the unit are so convenient. Pool toys, chairs, beach towels are all available for our use. The residents at the condo were amazingly friendly: we were invited to a potluck dinner, then the pool yoga 3 days per week. We had to hug everyone when we were leaving; it was like leaving home. Sarah communicated well with us. Negatives: condo could use some updating.

Relaxing getaway!

First of all, Sarah was very helpful and answered any questions we had, which was greatly appreciated. We loved the location of the condo, away from downtown but close enough to take a bus and get some dinner. The condo is right on the beach and the pool is just outside the sliding door which we really liked. It was not very busy and at times we found we were the only ones in the pool! Security was great and the property was well kept. The beach is beautiful! The waves were a bit rough so we were not able to go in at times. The condo had everything we needed except for an ironing board. Overall we had a quiet, restful vacation and would definitely stay there again:)

Amazing Property - Look No Further

If you are looking for a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the nicest beach in PV then look no further. This place is the best! The condo is very large and has absolutely everything you could need, including a washer and dryer which is very handy. This is a main floor condo but that is a POSITIVE at this place as you walk off your patio to the pool and right onto the beach. We didn't even lock our patio in the daytime. Place has excellent security and the other owners / renters were so nice and gave us all the tips and tricks for the local scene. There is a city bus stop right outside which is really handy for going into town. One of the nicest things about the place is the host, Sarah. She was great right from the start. We had a few minor glitches which were resolved immediately. She was very responsive and gave us some great tips. This property is a great place if you want to get away from it all and relax. It would be a great place for a family or just two adults like we were - trying to recharge. Overall, I would give this place a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be renting this property again. It was the BEST holiday!

Great place for young families with children

This is a spacious condo right on a lovely beach. Two rooms are bright and sunny, the second bedroom and kitchen are dark. There is a very large swimming pool directly in front of the master bedroom and living room. It is often filled with enthusiastic children so it's noisy. Perfect if you have kids, not so great for older people. The complex is clean and well maintained. The condo is well equipped and comfortable The beach is beautiful but you can't walk long distances because there are barriers separating this beach from the ones on either side. There is a restaurant close to the complex and a fairly well equipped mini mart. The unit is about 20 minutes outside the center of Puerta Villarta. There is bus service to town and many taxis. The owners are lovely, reasonable people who are quick to respond to any problems. They were a joy to work with.
