Guests can access Casa Rosa via an elevator that opens right next to the front door. The first level of Casa Rosa is an open concept featuring a large chef's kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar, dining table, minibar, living area w/TV+ an additional seating area. Large accordion-style sliding glass doors open the first floor to a large private terrace providing fabulous indoor/ outdoor lounging and dining. The first-level terrace is highlighted with a private pool and an outdoor dining area, ideal for watching beautiful sunsets over the Pacific. The terrace also features 2-sunbeds and an outdoor bathroom for convenience. Stairs to the side of the terrace allow guests to get to the second-level terrace without going through the home. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is designed for guests to create delectable homemade meals. If you feel like being treated, ask us about our amazing private chef and gift your guests fabulous locally sourced meals paired with divine cocktails while you watch the beautiful setting sun dip into the Pacific. A dedicated minibar highlights the kitchen for guests to make fantastic morning mimosas or delicious dinnertime margaritas. The meticulously designed living room is complete with a smart TV and is equipped w/ US + Canadian TV Channels. An additional seating area provides ample seating for your guests, whether watching a movie or a beautiful sunset. The entire home is outfitted with Fiber Optic wifi and a dedicated mesh system to ensure an excellent signal anywhere in the home Both Primary Bedrooms are on the second level, which a spiral staircase can access just off the living + dining area. Both bedrooms are a great size. Primary Bedroom #1 is the smaller of the two bedrooms, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in breathtaking ocean views. Guests in Primary Bedroom #1 will wake up to beautiful views of the Pacific and can also get these views in their sizeable en-suite bathroom and shower. The large shower is stocked with custom eco-friendly soaps from local merchants. It features a privacy shade so that guests can shower with complete privacy without sacrificing their stunning ocean views. Adjacent to Primary Bedroom #1 is a private terrace through sliding glass doors with a small seating area to take in the vast bay views. Primary Bedroom #1 also has a large closet with drawers and hangers available. Primary Bedroom #2 features a large sleeping area with a king-size bed and a large closet with drawers and hangers. Inside Primary Bedroom #2, there is also a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and desk chair, perfect for setting up a laptop and getting to work. Bedroom #2 also boasts its own living room/ lounge area complete with a TV and coffee table, set just next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the private terrace. These sliding glass doors also provide amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Bedroom #2 also has a large en-suite bathroom attached.
