The Space:
Welcome to our chic and modern studio suite on the ground floor with a view and direct access to the complex pool! Our space is perfect if you like to live like a local while on vacation, and it’s ideal for a solo traveler, a couple or 3 friends traveling together. You’ll be just two blocks from the Macroplaza Puerto Vallarta (with lots of shops, a Walmart and a Cinemex), 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Avenue (the second largest avenue in the city), and just 7 blocks (a 5-minute drive) from Costco.

Our stylish studio is one of six apartments in the building, about an 8-minute drive from the beach! As you enter, you’ll see a fresh and luminous open layout, a comfy sofa and Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home and a kitchen with a granite breakfast bar and two stools. The kitchen is equipped with the basics (stove, microwave, toaster, etc.) to prepare a simple meal at home. Of course, you’ll have a coffee maker and some coffee to get your days started!

A decorative partition leads to the sleeping quarters. There’s a plush double bed, nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, ample closet and drawer space for your things, a safe box and a mirrored vanity (that can also double as a desk if needed!).

You’ll have direct access to the pool area via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. You can enjoy the sunny pool view with the curtains open or draw them shut for blackout-shaded comfort if you’d like to sleep in.

We provide bath and pool towels, extra pillows, AC throughout the space, WiFi, jugs of water, an iron, an ironing board, and a washer and dryer for added convenience and to ensure a comfortable stay.

Only five other apartments share the common areas. There’s a swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table with seating, and a laundry area on site with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the apartment and shared access with other guests to the common areas, such as the pool and barbecue area.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be 2 blocks from Macroplaza (with local shops, Walmart & a cinema), 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Ave. (the second largest avenue in the city, with bus stops and taxis there), and 7 blocks (a 5-min drive) from Costco and La Comer and an 8-min drive from the beach! Get to the city center, the airport and the bus station within a 15-minute drive. The neighbors are friendly, and for those who like to walk or run, 5 blocks from the condo complex is the Riviera del Pitillal, a beautiful place to be one with nature.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 7 km | 4.3 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is usually about a 15-minute drive. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the street at the complex. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, taxis, and public transportation to get around. The local bus stop is 5 blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
As a courtesy at the beach club Mangos, Sand Pacific guests will receive a margarita drink per person. The beach club does not have an entrance, and the minimum consumption is just a meal. Guests must book in advance directly at Mangos Beach Club.

- No private parking is available at the complex.
- Please note there's ongoing construction happening. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pet-friendly with prior approval.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of 2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, beach chairs, and cooler are available for an additional fee. Must reserve in advance.
- The cost of using the BBQ is 350 pesos. This amount is charged for the cleaning that we will do after use. It must be reserved at least one day before.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code and instructions will be provided before your arrival.
