The Space:
Our apartment promises a blend of style, comfort, and convenience. The apartment has been remodeled so that our guests feel comfortable and right at home. The ground-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.

The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare simple meals, and there's a nice dining table to enjoy a sit-down meal, plus there's a breakfast bar that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace. With high-speed Wi-Fi, entertainment is always just a click away.

For those who love a refreshing dip, the complex has a community pool with sun loungers and shaded dining areas. Secure parking is also available for one car.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
This is a lovely area where you can walk to nearby restaurants, pharmacies, taquerias, CrossFit, TRX, yoga, a local market, and to the pathway along the river that will take you to the beach! There’s a Walmart and Sam’s Club nearby, and the city center is 15 minutes away by car.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 4.7 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz (PVR) International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- Please wear the bracelets to get access to the common areas. Lost bracelets are $2000 MXN to replace.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. Must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.

We like to give our guests the freedom to enjoy their holidays; however, we are always close by if you need anything. You can locate us very easily.
