The Space:
Situated on the 6th floor, this condo offers great views of the town below and the majestic Pacific Ocean, plus all the comforts of home, providing the perfect getaway to Puerto Vallarta for a small group of up to 6 guests! Not only does the condo offer a relaxing retreat, but the building has a refreshing pool and a whirlpool where you can relax after a nice workout in the well-equipped fitness center!

There’s access to the private balcony steps from the sitting area that features a wall-mounted Smart TV and comfy seating. Through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors is the balcony that has a dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the view, plus a hanging bird's nest chair perfect for one.

If you don’t feel like dining out, no worries, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you’d need to whip up any meal of the day. For sit-down meals at home, there’s a dining table for 4, and the breakfast bar provides additional space for indoor dining or working on your laptop if needed.

The master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite full bath with a shower/tub combo, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers two double beds and lots of closet space. Both rooms have A/C for your comfort and room-darkening curtains so you can get the most out of your resting hours.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo as well as access to the common areas and shared amenities such as the pool and gym.

Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm, access before or after this hour is not permitted. The check-in is in person. Please note that checking in without the host present may result in fines imposed by the condominium administration.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
The Altos property is located in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, just north of the heart of town and about 7 blocks from the beach. In just a short distance, you’ll find an array of local eats, shops, beach clubs, golf, water sports and more!

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), about 8 kilometers / 5 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there’s parking on street that is first come, first serve. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
