Unsere Wohnung auf der Halbinsel Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf jeden einzelnen Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber der Bucht von Banderas, die beeindruckenden Sierra Madre-Berge, die Lichter und den Rhythmus des Malecon-Boardwalks in der Innenstadt sowie das nĂ€chtliche Feuerwerk und die wunderschön beleuchteten Infinity-Pool und Strand 8 Stockwerke tiefer.

Das Peninsula Plaza, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Lobby entfernt, bietet Starbucks, Restaurants, Banken, Unterhaltung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkt gegenĂŒber der Plaza liegt La Isla: ein wunderschönes brandneues Luxus-Einkaufszentrum mit allem!

* Schwimmen im Meer und am Strand ausruhen.

* Wachen Sie im Kingsize-Bett des Hauptschlafzimmers mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Sierra Madre bei Sonnenaufgang auf und blicken Sie auf die Bucht und die Innenstadt. Treten Sie durch eine der GlastĂŒren auf die Terrasse und genießen Sie die Sonne. Vor dem großen Fernseher mit DVD stehen StĂŒhle und ein Kaffeetisch. Es gibt einen großzĂŒgigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Master-Bad verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Marmortheke mit zwei Waschbecken und sowohl einen Jet-Whirlpool mit Handbrause als auch eine Glasdusche mit Regenduschkopf.
* Das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf die Berge und eine GlastĂŒr zur Terrasse, die um das GebĂ€ude herum zur Bucht fĂŒhrt. Es gibt zwei StĂŒhle und einen Couchtisch sowie eine Kommode und Stauraum. Das private Badezimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken mit Marmorplatte.

Wonderful place, wonderful location

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The property manager was very responsive. Prior to coming, there was excellent communication and I was able to give a short grocery list to have food and drinks in the place prior to arrival since we got in late at night. The location is perfect and central to most activities. The pool and beach were great for the kids.

Very nice!

We spent a week here in June. If you are staying in the hotel zone, this is a premier property. Of the 3 peninsula towers, this has the best location as it has unobstructed ocean views as well as city views. The pictures are accurate and the property is secure and well maintained. We had an issue with one of the AC units, sent a text, it was fixed the next day. Many restaurants within walking distance and we tried someplace new every night. There is a club next door playing loud music on weekends till 9 pm, but we chose to go to dinner late and it was not a major issue for us. We recommend you stay here.

Very clean and well appointed condo. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms made for a very low stress family visit. Building has excellent security so you always feel very safe. They also provide beach towels which is a huge help. Wonderful property manager is very helpful.

Excellent property

The location was excellent. Oswaldo met us on arrival and was very helpful he set up all our devices on the WiFi and gave us a full orientation on the property. All of the communication from Christopher was answered immediately ,great guy to book with. My family had all seen pictures of this property but were blown away by how much more spectacular it was in person. there is lots of great restaurants nearby and the grocery store is three blocks away, the beach and the pool are one of the nicest in Vallarta .There is nothing you need here other than more time ...Great Condo ...we will be back

Great location & awesome views

We loved this property. We stayed with our two adult kids and their spouses and the space worked beautifully. Loved that the windows opened up all the way but at night you can have the air on to sleep well. The views off the front deck kept us very entertained over morning coffee, watching people walking up and down the beach and enjoying the waves. The check in process and constant touch base by text messaging was very appreciated. Food is easy to find at nearby grocery stores and there's lots of restaurants nearby, saving you an UBER trip downtown, although we did that a lot too. Very safe and secure location with good security. There's pool service for snacks and drinks or you can wander the beach. The pool is outstanding and although we didn't have little ones with us, we could see it's an excellent arrangement for younger families too (very large shallow wading pools). Overall this was a well appointed property in a fantastic location, not too high on the 8th floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was the best we've had so far in Puerto Vallarta.

PV Family Vacation

Condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the open balcony and sunsets. Weather was not the best while we were there but that was no fault of the condos. Music from the club did get loud and we had to close everything up if we stayed in and even with it closed up, it was loud. We knew about the club ahead of time but it still got a little annoying since it started so early in the day. Again not a fault of the condo. Our return flight was pushed back until 10:00pm so we reached out to see about a later check out and we’re so pleased that no other renters were coming in and we were able to stay until the evening. So grateful for that accommodation:) Overall, our PV Family Vacation was one for the books!

Our family vacation in Puerto Vallarta

This condo was AMAZING! If we can manage it again, we will rent this unit again and again. The caveat about us managing it has to do with being able to work around everyone's work/school schedule. The VRBO write-up made it sound really great and it exceeded the write-up in every way. We (my wife and I) wanted to provide a nice beach experience for our daughter, son-in-law and their three sons. We (all seven of us) had a most excellent beach, pool, and ocean view experience. We also appreciated the security, and the support from the reception and maintenance staff.

Beautiful expansive condo with great panoramic views.

This was a condo with the very best views imaginable - ocean, mountain and city views. Oswaldo, the property manager was friendly and communicated regularly - almost every day he checked in. Maid service was excellent. Chris, the owner, was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downside was something the owner and manager could do nothing about -- next door was a night club which played way too loud music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 9 pm. We had to play our own music very loud to distract us or move away from the night club. We understand the home owners association had approached the club many times to turn down their music, but with no positive results.

We didn’t want to leave!

The views did not disappoint - the sunsets were spectacular. Oswaldo was an attentive, friendly host and the property was very secure. Kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware. Washer and dryer on-site was a big plus. Beach towels were included which was nice. If you don’t like loud club music, avoid being at the condo Fri - Sun evenings. The music was over by 8 p.m. We hope to visit again in the future!

Great stay

We had a fabulous stay in Chris’s condo. Everything was great and as is in the description. Beautiful property. Loved the tight security making sure no one was entering that shouldn’t be there. The music at the club below the third tower gets to be loud and long on the weekends, but it’s a fun atmosphere. We headed out for dinner anyway. I also would have liked daily cleaning for bathrooms and beds, but that’s just because I’m on vacation and didn’t feel like doing it, ha! Thank you!

Great view

It was as hoped for. Beautiful place with an incredible view. Great security. Very nice people working there. Walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants. Close to Walmart and Costco. Only complaint was the music at a pool side club. Played very loud music Thursday thru Sunday until 7 at night. I mean loud. Otherwise great place.

Loved our stay here. Everything is made very easy. Chris is great to work with and tells you everything you need to know ahead of time. I've stayed in this building before and didn't have as good of direction as Chris sent out, so it was very appreciated. His management team (Oswaldo) is very responsive if you have any issues. Truly the best! We took a cab almost every night somewhere, and security arranges it all. It's a short, inexpensive cab ride to the Malecon. Pool bar service and food is by far some of the best we've had at any pool. We stayed in December just about the time the whales were there. The view from this unit is as good as it gets. Everyday we saw whales and 1 day we had dolphins. Thanks Chris, I'm sure we'll stay with you again. Please thank Oswaldo as well.

Amazing Vacation Place

Highly recommend this condo! Amazing views in all directions and able to enjoy opening patio doors and having breezes make it very comfortable. Everyone took advantage of sitting on the patio as often as possible! It was nice our family members each had own bedroom and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic and we were able to stock up on food, snacks and beverages from grocery store short walk down the street. Chris was helpful with all our questions before our visit, and Oswaldo and Lupita helped with questions during our stay. Everyone at the Peninsula was friendly and attentive and appreciated having security at front gate, on beach front, and throughout facilities. Several of us enjoyed massages at on-site spa, which we highly recommend! We definitely took advantage of the amazing pool and beach! This location is so convenient for walks on the beach, or to nearby restaurants, or for shopping expedition at mall next door. Super easy to get Ubers and taxis. Couple of things discovered was that outdoor bar located next to condo plays very loud music Friday through Sunday all afternoon until 9 pm. Unable to have windows open or relax on patio. Also, no drinks in pool which is a rule which was disappointing since the view from there is great. Our family loved our week stay which was amazing and relaxing. Thank you!

Great Stay!

We loved staying here, the location was amazing and we felt as though we were right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, and close to grocery stores which was so helpful. The views from the condo are absolutely stunning and the place was amazing. The beach, pool, parking, and condo facilities were all amazing and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This property is what dreams are made of. It is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The views are spectacular. The property is very well maintained. Chris is a wonderful communicator and Oswaldo, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. We're already talking about returning.

Fantastic location!

We had an amazing stay in this condo. Perfect view and plenty of room for everyone. The location is good and makes it simple to get anywhere easily. Our host was great about answering any questions very quickly and thoroughly. We never lacked for anything from towels, utensils, paper products, etc. we all felt very well taken care of and wished we could stay longer. I would definitely stay here all over again!

This is the place!!

A++++ Absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious as we had 6 adults and 4 kids fit comfortably. The condos are very secure and the beach access is amazing! Everyone in the building was extremely helpful but most of all, the property manager Oswaldo and his brother Armando were absolutely fantastic, very communicative and accommodating during our entire stay. Chris the owner was also extremely easy to work with and very communicative. We will absolutely be renting this unit from Chris in the future!
