We had such high hopes for this rental but would not recommend it to others after our experience. As others mentioned the roosters & dogs in the neighborhood were quite loud and go non-stop from 3am-9pm. The biggest letdown for us was the pool, we were unable to use it the last 2 days of our stay due to it being cleaned with harsh chemicals, concerningly there was no sign or anything the property manager just told us as we were about to get in that we couldn't use it. We specifically booked this property to have access to a pool and planned on spending most of the day there the last day. Other issues we ran into were specific to our unit. It was severely lacking in many items I would expect a rental to have, kitchen towels, paper towels, hair dryers, only had 4 coffee mugs, horribly firm beds, the AC did not work in one of the bedrooms, and the view is completely blocked from the second floor. Then there were issues with the building, first it is not secure. The first 3 days we were there the front door never locked meaning anyone had access to the building and pool. The units do not have key pads so you have to deal with a key which was time-consuming and inconvenient for a group of 6. We had towels out on the patio to dry one of the days (since there are no hooks or drying racks anywhere) and the building staff decided to water the plants on our patio from the 4th floor completely soaking all of our stuff despite being able to see it. Overall it was not a good experience.
