Neighborhood
Conchas Chinas is a residential neighborhood located on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It is known for its stunning ocean views, lush tropical vegetation, and tranquil atmosphere. The neighborhood is nestled into the hills above the town, offering a sense of seclusion and privacy while still being just a short drive away from the bustling downtown area. Getting around
Transportation by taxi, Uber, or bus is ubiquitous, easy, and cheap but if you've got wheels there's off-street parking for 1 car. Walking: about 10 minutes to the Conchas Chinas beach, 15 to Los Muertos beach, and 20 minutes to Zona Romantica.

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Please be advised that there are some dogs nearby this building, who may occasionally bark.

The place was really nice and clean, and my wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. It’s not as close to the water as I was hoping, though—the ad says it’s a 1-minute walk to Conchas Chinas Beach, but it’s actually on the other side of the highway, and Google Maps shows about an 8-minute walk.

Lovely condo with a gorgeous view.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern condo that was well equipped in a quiet neighborhood outside of Puerto Vallarta. The kitchen had everything we might possibly need including toaster, good knives, blender and dishwasher. Full sized washer and dryer, nice bedding, comfy mattresses, clean and newer linens, large closets and provided exercise equipment and yoga mat. Zona Romantica was a quick Uber ride away and was always less than a five minute wait. Pool was a great temp and never crowded with plenty of seating. Our host Elisa was quick in responding to us and helped with planning on grocery delivery, tours and drivers. My only complaint is that it is a trek to get to the nearest beach which is at the bottom of the hill and is quite the workout to get back up. With that said we would happily stay here again.

Very comfortable home, good quality furniture and everything we needed. I particularly liked the security, the front gate and the apartment door codes worked well, I like not having a door man, it felt more private. Highly recommend. I did find the Uber drivers had an easier time finding the place than the taxis.

We had a super stay at Delfines : condo brand new excellent kitchen and bathrooms and quiet ...Mexico is full of life no matter where you stay ...traffic ,lovely birds ,dogs etc ) so always we travel with ear plugs and can enjoy without the disturbance ! We loved the hikes up and down hill to town and the beach. Communications with Elisa and team were the best we ever experienced in Mexico.

Hip ocean view hideaway with impeccable concierges service

Beautiful property tucked into the hills of Concha Chinas. So much to love about this place if you like being away from the bustle of the town and resort area. Location Yes there’s a hill to climb from the main road but if your not into walks Ubers are cheap. The bus stop for north south are directly at bottom of hill and easy and fun to catch for a day in Mismaloya. Convenience stores close by and simply beautiful views from the condo. I loved being tucked into the hillside with other properties and all the vegetation, made it feel like being a local in a neighborhood vs resort. At the time of our stay there was construction taking place around the hillside so the noise could be distracting if you were just staying put during the day, but the late afternoon into evening were amazing. Condo Even better than the pictures! Beautifully appointed, georgeous views and beyond comfortable experience. Modern with all appliances and the kitchen is equipped with excellent cookware and well maintained knives. We love to cook and this made our experience top shelf! Bedrooms on separate sides for privacy if you were staying with others. Building is secure and felt safe in the area. Simply amazing on all fronts. Concierges / property management Top shelf from beginning to end from booking, communication and services. Elisa was incredible and truly made our stay seamless. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Wonderful new condo in Conchas Chinas

We enjoy staying in the Conchas Chinas area for its proximity to the beach and the old town without the congestion of downtown. This condo is beautifully finished and very well equipped for a stay. Add to that the great view from the balcony, making it perfect for us.

I can’t say enough good things!

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! New and modern with a very well stocked kitchen. High quality knives, appliances, bedding, etc. Sixth floor of the building was high enough to see over high rises built beachfront. Fantastic neighborhood convenient to Conchas Chinas, Zona Romántica and Downtown. It was a little hot and hilly for us to walk many places in July, but you could if you were up for it. Plenty of beach towels, comfy bed. Pool was nicer than it looks in the photos and we met nice neighbors there. Very private and quiet with only one other unit on the floor. Great property management contact that was always accessible. A highly recommended place to stay and hopefully we will be back one day!

Absolutely Stunning

This was one of the nicest properties I've stayed in while in PV. The layout of this condo is really wonderful. I was traveling alone, but if I had guests with me, the separation between the primary suite and the guest bedroom would offer the perfect privacy. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you could want. Pool was always a comfortable temperature. Kitchen has everything any chef would want to have. The beds were very comfortable. Property management was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property. One note: The location of this property is a bit of a hike on a busy highway into the Romantic Zone. But Ubers are plentiful and very inexpensive.

Very nice unit with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the bay and close enough to walk to playa conchas chinas and zona romántica, if you don’t mind some hills. Sonia was a wonderful host and communicated quickly. I would recommend staying here.

Magnificent!

This property was nothing but amazing. The friendly and super responsive staff (Sonia), the semi-secluded and safe location, the new building, the excellent decorating taste, the incredible view, and the fully equipped kitchen & bedrooms made this one of the best stays ever had. Stay away from the noisy (and sometimes dirty) streets of the Zona Romantica and book this place. It could be a romantic getaway for a couple, and up t 6 people will feel comfortable. Ubers are around $2.50 USD from the most touristic locations nearby.

My complaints. The tv situation did not work for us. We had no idea where to take the garbage out.Upon leaving our representative ordered a car for us. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to take a cab given the time constraints.

This location made our stay memorable!

This place is way... WAY more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The pictures look super cramp but in reality, the space is just right! It feels modern and yet similar to home. The view was pretty much at the top of the building!! Best view I ever had! Both rooms were beautiful and safety was not a concern since the location was gated. Parking was easily accessable and communication with the owner was pretty much instant. They easily allowed for a 5 month old baby to join us and answered every question. If coming with 2 partners, this IS the place to get!
